Apparently I’d said something bad about Glasgow… 👀

At least that’s what this guy decided while I was packing up after busking outside Central Station.

Things quickly got personal when he realised I was English, but there was no way I was getting dragged into an argument. 😅

Things got REALLY awkward after I said “no thank you”… 😳

He’d asked if I wanted him to play with me while I was performing outside Glasgow Central. I politely declined, but he then started unpacking his equipment right beside mine anyway.

It was a pretty awkward interaction at first, but somehow it ended with him getting his own song and me helping make sure he didn’t leave without his wallet, keys and equipment. 😂🎸

This got awkward pretty quickly… 👀

A drunk stranger thought I was filming him, and then kept following me back towards my car trying to convince me he was the best guitarist in the world. 🎸😂

Being young in the city is an incredible feeling… 🌃🎶

An awesome evening performing Babylon by David Gray on Buchanan Street in Glasgow, and one of those performances where everything seems to slow down for a few minutes.

Good music, good people and another one of those moments I’m really grateful to be able to experience. ❤️

Just one of those beautiful nights where everything felt simple 🙏🏼🎶

Price Tag by Jessie J on Buchanan Street, a relaxed evening in Glasgow, and another livestream with people stopping to listen along the way.

These are the kind of performances I really enjoy. ❤️

One of those rare evenings where everything just felt easy… 🎶

Man in the Mirror on Buchanan Street, a warm evening in Glasgow, and another livestream with people stopping to listen along the way.

These are the moments I love most. ❤️

They walked straight past me… and had NO idea I was there!!! 🎃😂👻 I secretly dressed up on the porch and waited for the trick or treaters to come to the door… then scared the living daylights out of them when they least expected it!!! 🤣

More than 150 kids came trick or treating this year, and honestly we had the BEST time.

Such a shame Halloween only comes once a year… but I suppose that’s exactly what makes it so special. 🎃🦇❤️ - #Halloween #TrickOrTreat #HalloweenDecor #SpookySeason #WorriedAboutMike by @worriedaboutmike

Halloween 2026 At WorriedAboutMike’s House!! 🎃🪵🍂🦇🪦🧛🏼‍♂️😉💖⭐️🏆

Think we may have taken Halloween a little too seriously this year… 🎃👻😂

The house is officially haunted.

He just wanted her to know he still loves her… ❤️

Brett opened up to me about someone he still cares deeply about, even though things between them are difficult right now.

We ended up talking about unconditional love, wanting the best for someone no matter what, and how sometimes loving someone also means accepting what you can’t control.

I really hope things work out for him. ❤️

What do YOU think about love? ❤️

Someone stopped and asked the people watching my livestream that exact question, and the answers ranged from hilarious to genuinely lovely.

Before long, I found myself sharing what I think love really is and what it means to me too.

Such a simple question, but it turned into one of those unexpectedly meaningful conversations that stays with you. ❤️

Guys!!! I’d JUST fixed this tripod… ⚠️😩🤣
I was packing up on Buchanan Street when a rather merry lady came over to say something absolutely lovely… but then stumbled straight into my equipment and nearly took the whole setup with her!! 🤣

My equipment really does take a beating out on the street. Xxx 🤳🏼🎤🎸🎒⚠️🙈🤣 - Michael MacDonald #glasgow #scotland #streetmusic #buskerlife #worriedaboutmike by @worriedaboutmike

A Chilly, Wet And Windy Session outside Glasgow Central… But this Crowd Absolutely Brought the Energy. 😂❤️ I was playing Valerie and, Despite the Miserable Weather, we somehow ended up with a Brilliant Crowd who really brought the Song to Life. 🎥🎸 Honestly, these are the Little Moments that make standing Out in the Cold Completely Worth it. Xxx 💨🥶💖🙏🏼💐⭐️ - Michael MacDonald #worriedaboutmike #valerie #busking #streetmusic #glasgow by @worriedaboutmike
