Wtech announces the formation of its Board Wtech is entering its next stage of growth. Over the past few years, the community has grown significantly — geographically, professionally, and in depth. With that growth comes a greater responsibility: to ensure a clear strategic direction and long-term sustainability. Wtech founders Viktoriya Tigipko and Viroslava Novosylna are announcing the creation of the Wtech Board — a strategic advisory body that will help shape the future direction of the community. The Board brings together 10 leaders across Ukraine, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States: • 🇵🇱 Anastasiia Solodovnikova — Warsaw • 🇵🇱 Alina Ashortiia — Warsaw • 🇵🇹 Daria Ziubanova — Lisbon • 🇵🇹 Maria Ilina — Lisbon • 🇨🇿 Olena Dontsova — Prague • 🇺🇦 Mariia Sidenko — Lviv • 🇺🇸 Ivanna Wendel — Board Director, San Francisco • 🇺🇦 Kateryna Nakonechna — Kyiv • 🇩🇪 Valeriia Borshch — Germany • 🇬🇧 Yuliia Saldaiieva — London Board members represent expertise across product, marketing, data, engineering, and executive leadership in global companies and fast-growing startups. The Board serves as a strategic instrument for Wtech’s long-term development — ensuring the community grows intentionally, sustainably, and with clear direction. Individual Board member introductions and upcoming initiatives will follow. Thank you for being part of Wtech’s journey 💚 by @wtech.club

Imperfections, vulnerability, and the courage to be ourselves - that’s what brought us together for another book club @wtech.club in Prague! 📚❤️ This time, we explored Brené Brown’s The Gifts of Imperfection, sharing personal experiences, different perspectives, and meaningful reflections. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made this gathering so special! And a special thank you to @vusa.shev for creating such a welcoming space with tasty coffee and making these events possible. I love what we’re building together - a community where books bring people closer. Already looking forward to our next one! ❤️ #wtech #womenintech #wtechprague #womenleadership by @wtech.club
The day after World Mental Health Day, we gathered at @kooperativkyiv for WTech Meetup Kyiv to talk about something we all live with: how to stay grounded, make decisions and keep moving forward when nothing is certain. 🌿 We polished our discussion with a tea ceremony by @nastyaaana from Tysha, a slow, mindful pause to switch off the noise. A few takeaways we’re keeping: • Two traps of uncertainty: too many options (we compare endlessly and postpone), or too few (everything feels like “yes or no”, though there are usually more paths) • Decision quality ≠ outcome. Life is more poker than chess. A good decision can still lead to a bad result, and vice versa, so don’t judge choices only by how they turned out • Swap “I don’t know” for a percentage. An honest “I’m 60% sure” is enough to take a step and see what comes next • 10 / 10 / 10: how will I feel about this in 10 minutes, 10 months, 10 years? • Two-way doors: most decisions are reversible, so decide faster and adjust. Slow down only where the door closes forever • Yes / No / +1: always add one more option, and remember “keep things as they are” is a decision too • Breathe: inhale through the nose for 3, exhale through pursed lips for 5 to bring intensity down when emotions run high. Huge thanks to @anna_chornaia for a talk full of tools you can use the very next day, and to @kassiona7 for the breathing practice and a meditation on finding inspiration in what we can’t see yet. Thank you to everyone who came, shared and breathed with us. See you at the next one #WTech #WTechKyiv #Tysha #MentalHealth #decisionmaking by @wtech.club

Hey, Wtech has arrived in Munich! 💚 And what better time to arrive in this incredible city than during Oktoberfest! 🍻 We are here to tell women’s stories. Stories of women building careers in tech. Women launching startups, growing businesses, and driving innovation. Women who do all of this while raising families, caring for their children, moving between countries, and overcoming countless challenges. We came from Ukraine. But our ambition goes far beyond borders. We want to build an international community of women in Munich — women who support each other, share their expertise, create partnerships, and open doors to new opportunities. Behind every one of us is a story that deserves its own chapter in a book. We are educated, strong, resilient, and ambitious. Each of us brings a unique professional journey, years of experience, achievements, and the determination to keep moving forward. We are not starting from scratch. We are starting with experience. And we are here to claim our place in Munich’s business and innovation ecosystem. Because this city has become our second home. And now we want to be part of its future. Wtech Munich. We are here. And this is just the beginning. 🚀 💚 Want to become a Wtech Munich Ambassador? Share your story with us via DM. 💚 Want to join our international community? Leave a comment: I WANT TO BE A WTECH MEMBER! Let’s grow together! 💚 Thank you @jh___productions for this amazing video💚 #WtechMunich #WomenInTech #WomenInBusiness #FemaleFounders #MunichStartups by @wtech.club
Some evenings simply stay with you. On 24 September, we held the first @wtech.club Munich gathering — and somehow the whole evening had one word written all over it: WOW. When Olga @simson_olga became a Wtech Partner in Munich, she invited Kateryna Zaslavska @zaslavska.career and me to join the local team. That is how the three of us started building this first event together — each bringing a different professional perspective. 💫 Kateryna spoke about career transformation in a VUCA world, Olga about entrepreneurship and business, and I focused on positioning, communication and partnerships in a new professional environment. One thought was especially important to me: when we move to another country, our previous experience does not disappear. Sometimes it simply needs to be translated into a language that the new market — employers, clients and partners — can understand. And our first evening became a small example of that. We met at @wayragermany Wayra Germany, the Open Innovation Hub of @telefonica_de Telefónica Germany. I was very happy to be part of the communication with the Wayra team and to see how an initial contact gradually developed into a real collaboration. And when we reached the 34th floor of @telefonica_de telefonica_de , almost everyone had the same first reaction: “Wow.”🔥 The office. The view over Munich. The atmosphere. That feeling that something new might actually begin here. A very warm thank you to Chiara and the wayragermany team for your openness, trust and support. And to all the women who joined us — thank you for your curiosity, your stories and your energy. We planned to finish much earlier, but the conversations continued until almost 10 p.m. because no one was really ready to stop. And thank you to Olga and Kateryna for creating this first evening together. For me, “wow” is not about making something flashy. It is about creating a moment when someone sees a new possibility, meets the right person, or leaves thinking: “I’m really glad I came.” 🥰 That is the kind of energy I would love to carry into what comes next. #WtechMunich #WomenInTech #Wayra #communications #FemaleLeadership by @wtech.club
Wtech Munich happened 💚 And this is only the beginning! Why Munich? In 2025, Munich became #1 in Germany for new startups, overtaking Berlin. Munich’s 1,700+ active startups attracted €2.7 billion in venture capital. For us, Munich is not just the city where we live. It is one of Europe’s strongest business and innovation ecosystems — and we want to become part of it. And this is exactly what Wtech is about — an international professional community for women in technology, business and innovation. On September 24, we held the First Wtech Munich Community Meetup at @wayragermany @ o2 Tower, introduced our team and shared our vision for developing the community. But the biggest highlight was the women who came together. Entrepreneurs, experts, lawyers, executives and creative professionals. Different countries, journeys and experiences — and an incredible concentration of intelligence, energy and ambition in one space. The program featured 3 Smart Talks & Meaningful Networking. 💚 Katerina Zaslavska, Wtech Ambassador Munich — “Entrepreneurship as a New Career Norm”: how an entrepreneurial mindset can help us create our own professional opportunities. 💚 Olena Pryvalova, PhD, Wtech Ambassador Munich — “Scale Transformation”: how to preserve professional agency during relocation and build sustainable partnerships in Europe. 💚 And I, Olga Simson, Wtech Partner Munich — “Your Expertise Is an Asset.” My key message: We are not starting from zero. We are starting from experience. Our knowledge, experience, reputation and networks are our professional capital. We can rethink it, package it, make it visible and turn it into new products, services, partnerships and businesses. And then came the conversations — new connections, ideas and first potential collaborations. This is exactly why we are building Wtech Munich. Because sometimes one right conversation can become the beginning of a great opportunity. Thank you to every woman who joined us at the very beginning 💚 and a special thank you to Wayra, our Location Partner, for the space and support. We are only getting started. Connect. Grow. Create Opportunities💚 #wtech by @wtech.club
Last @wtech.club Prague networking was all about one simple question: What’s next? We talked about career growth, staying vs. moving on, choosing between becoming a manager and growing as an expert, and what “progress” actually means to each of us. And this is exactly why these conversations matter. Sometimes you don’t need another lecture or another piece of advice. You need to hear someone else’s perspective, share your own experience, meet people outside your usual circle - and ask yourself the right question. What’s next for me? Thank you to everyone who came, shared, listened, and made this conversation so real. 💛 And we’re just getting started. Stay tuned for the next @wtech.club Prague events - there’s more to come. #womenintech #wtech #pragueevents #wtechprague by @wtech.club
