I can’t wait to see you in class 🤍 by @wulffimotion

What started as a need to move became a practice of learning to slow down, listen, and reconnect with myself.
There’s no need for perfection. Just the willingness to keep showing up, exploring, and moving forward.

One movement at a time. 🤎
@pilathon made this journey even more magical 🤍

( small stain on the fit we didn’t realize until the end 🫣)

The goal today was to do at least 1 parakeet… something she wanted.. this move has humbled me more times than I can count but when you get to do even 1 you feel invincible 🤍
I’m so proud of Courtney and her consistency with us @pilathon coming up on 100 classes is no small feat ! (Pun intended) by @wulffimotion

You haven’t really met your spine until you’ve met the spine corrector. Reformer who?
Meet the piece of equipment that’s quietly changing your extension, your breath, and your posture, all at once 🤍

The beginning always looks easy. The middle gets messy. But with consistency, you get your results. ✨ by @wulffimotion

It always starts here 👣👣

Footwork might look simple, but it’s where we build alignment, connection, and control from the ground up. The way you move through your feet sets up everything that follows

Small cues, small adjustments… big difference 🤍

Swan on the barrel 🦢🖤

We spend life folded forward this is where we open up!

Strong back. Open chest. Supported spine.
Breath over force. Always. 🤍 💪🏽
