At USA Prime Jersey Shore, we’re not just building teams we’re developing players.

REPS REPS REPS!

If you want to take the next step in your game, it starts with consistency. The more you rep it with intent, the better you get—simple as that.

Growing up, I thought I had to grind for hours at a time to get better. But what I’ve learned and what my coaches and I now teach is this:
15–30 minutes of focused work every day > 2 hours a couple times a week.

@jesseitzler said it best:
“If you spent just 18 minutes a day on something, in one year you’d be in the top 5% in the world at it.”

I heard that when I was 18—and never looked back.

💡 Consistency > talent.
💪 Intent > time.
🎯 Show up daily. Work smarter. Outwork everyone.

Our RFH Diamond Dawgs putting in work with explosive change-of-direction and conditioning drills. These are one of many foundational tools for athletic success.

Speed and body control are essential at every level, especially in baseball where the game is a constant cycle of high-intensity bursts and sudden stops. Youth athletes must learn how to start fast, stop on a dime, and repeat — because that’s the rhythm of the game.

At WBC, we focus on preparing athletes for the demands of their sport:
• With younger players, we emphasize total athletic development — speed, agility, strength, coordination — building the base.
• As athletes progress, we layer in more sport-specific movement patterns that translate directly to in-game performance.

We’re proud to officially announce that Wynne Baseball Club will be launching its College Summer Team competing in the prestigious ABCCL (@abccl_nj) starting this summer.

The WBC Astros will provide current college athletes with a competitive environment to develop, and face high-level talent throughout the summer — all in preparation for their fall seasons.

At WBC, our mission is to support players at every stage of their journey. From youth to college and beyond, we’re building a complete player development pathway. The addition of this college summer team ensures our athletes continue to grow within a culture committed to excellence.

Our RFH Diamond Dawgs putting in work on the field, focusing on understanding their specific responsibilities. One of the most common issues in baseball are players trying to do too much—covering for everyone else—and then falling short when it’s their turn to make a play.

Fielding drills can feel repetitive, but it’s the little things that separate good players from great ones. Great players know how to move their feet, how to read the ball off the bat, how to communicate clearly, and how to lock in on the details that others overlook.

At WBC, we emphasize those details—every practice, every rep. We’re building players are searching for players to be apart of our program who are coachable, detail-oriented, and ready to compete at a high level!

Here we have Coach Phil Marcantonio working with our RFH Diamond Dawgs on developing explosive movement while maintaining strong body control and stability.

For all baseball players, especially the youth, mastering controlled power starts with building a foundation of body awareness, balance, and coordination. At WBC we prioritize the athlete’s movement quality over adding external resistance. Once our athletes consistently demonstrate proper mechanics, core stability, and joint control through various exercises then resistance is added to build their strength specific to the positions they play. The goal is to help them build strength without compromising movement efficiency or increasing injury risk — laying the groundwork for long-term athletic development.

Coach Phil was a standout All-Region player and a great teammate to all at @keanbaseball. We couldn’t be happier to have him apart of the RFH Diamond Dawgs staff and we are excited for him to transition into a leadership role training and coaching all of our WBC athletes!

Struggling to find the zone when working the corners? Start with your direction.

“Staying on your line” means keeping a consistent stride toward the glove target. It’s not flying open nor is it overly stepping across. If you’re missing armside or glove side, your direction might be off.

Try adjusting your back foot angle. It could be sending your energy off-line and forcing your arm to compensate which can also lead to injury.

Not every pitcher’s path is identical. Some may be more closed with their stride than others and some may be more open with their stride than others— but efficiency and direction are universal keys. Small tweaks lead to big results.

Know who you are and what works/doesn’t work for you. Make adjustments when needed. Stay on YOUR line. Find the zone. Dominate.

After years of dedication and development, I’m proud to officially announce the launch of Wynne Baseball Club (WBC) — a premier baseball program built to help athletes reach their full potential on and off the field.

Over the past two years, my coaches and I have had the privilege of coaching the RFH Diamond Dawgs and working with talented players throughout the Rumson-Fair Haven community. WBC will allow my staff and I to expand our impact, offering high-level instruction, competitive opportunities, and a player-first culture to even more dedicated athletes across the region.
