Posting this almost 3 months late, but better late than never :)
I have been obsessed with Bring Me The Horizon since I was 12 years old. I have half of my forearm covered in a tattoo dedicated to them. I have spent countless nights listening to their music, crying, screaming, dancing, all of it. This band has given me so so much over the years and to be able to see them in person was truly something else. Over these last 10 years I have never gotten the chance to see them live until now. Safe to say I went big. They played at American Airlines, which is their biggest show they’ve ever played in America. Being surrounded by over 21,000 people screaming every word with me was so surreal. I am tearing up writing this. I decided to get the vip package, so I could get as close to barricade as possible. That paid off. I was 15 feet away from the people I have cried and screamed to for 10 years. I could feel the heat of the flames on my face. I’m not sure if I will ever be able to top this experience. I also got to see Motionless in White for my third time, and The Plot In You for my first time!
Thank you, BMTH for everything. 🖤🖤

this is a very hard post to make. just this year i’ve been to two of my close friends’ funerals. megan was, and still continues to be a light in my life. her life was cut way too short way too soon, but i always knew she was destined for big things. her smile was so contagious, no one could be sad around meg. and to megan, saying goodbye to you, was one of the hardest things i have ever had to do. it still hasn’t fully processed that you’re gone. i will always remember how there were so many butterflies flying around you at your funeral. you were an angel, far too good for this world. i love you. 💛 by @x.sawyer.x
