💪 ARE YOU HITTING YOUR DAILY PROTEIN GOAL? 🥩🥚 When it comes to reaching your fitness goals, protein plays a much bigger role than just building muscle! Whether you’re trying to lose weight, gain strength, build muscle, or simply live a healthier lifestyle, getting enough protein each day can make a big difference! Here’s why protein is so important: 💪 Builds & Maintains Muscle – Provides the building blocks your body needs to grow and maintain muscle. ⚡ Improves Recovery – Helps repair muscle tissue after exercise so you can recover and stay consistent with your training. 🔥 Supports Fat Loss – Helps keep you feeling fuller for longer, making it easier to manage hunger while maintaining muscle during weight loss. ❤️ Supports Overall Health – Plays an important role in immune function, hormone production, and everyday bodily functions. 🥗 How much protein should you eat? For many active adults, a useful daily target is around 0.7–1.0 grams of protein per pound of body weight, depending on your goals and activity level. For example, someone weighing 180 pounds might aim for approximately 125–180 grams of protein per day. 🍗 Great protein sources include: Chicken, lean beef, fish, eggs, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, beans, and protein shakes! Remember, you don’t have to completely change your diet overnight. Start by including a good source of protein with each meal and build from there! 📲 Need help with your nutrition? “How will history remember you?” Dare to be great. Iron does not sharpen itself. Champions do not rise alone. Surround yourself with the ones who push you, challenge you, and refuse to let you settle. That is how legacies are built — one hard day, one honest rep, one faithful step at a time. “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” — Proverbs 27:17 #DareToBeGreat #IronSharpensIron #WolvesDen #Brotherhood #thechosen by @xander_casady5
