Next month I’ll be teaching yoga with @stonewallcleveland in addition to my standing classes at @flowstatemovementstudio, @ascendgym_cle and @wortsandwards.

This is a beautiful full-circle moment for me. I took my first ever in-person yoga class with @victoria.s.44 through Stonewall Sports in 2023 after years of practicing at home, too nervous to take a class. Victoria’s class made me feel at home in my practice. I’m honored to be teaching with the org that opened the door for me to yoga as a community space three years ago. by @xanforestphillips
