“My daughter. Travel. Go out there and see life. There’s life out there. To be very specific, try your best to visit Lomé🇹🇬, Abidjan🇨🇮 and Lagos🇳🇬. There’s a specific enjoyment you need to experience in those specific places. You LOVE enjoyment, you”

- An advice from Dada Godfrey AKA my father, the only real parent I ever had and I personally call him my “buddy buddy”😍 with the stories he has been telling me, after we have been spending SO MUCH time alone together since I landed, I must admit at some point in life I gotta pass by those places because the stories he has is pure enjoyment. My dad was enjoying life oh! Fr🕺🏾🍾

I never thought that this day would come. Where I, Blessing would post a full face picture of my BIOLOGICAL father on my Instagram page. But here we are. Grace and Isaac met in Accra, Ghana. In a place called African personality and then later met again in something called Art Center. Drumming, dancing, clapping, acrobatics. Kpanlogo (a recreational dance and music form originating from the 1960s among urban youth in Accra, It was first played by the Ga ethnic group in the Greater Accra Region, most of whom live in and around the capital city, but is now performed and enjoyed throughout the country.

It began in the early 1960s as an innovative dance form, influenced by American rock and roll, and giving the younger Ga generations a point of distinction from their elders. Ghanaian master drummer C. K. Ladzekpo states that kpanlogo “is essentially an urban youth dance-drumming and a symbol of the commitment of a rapidly growing Ghanaian urban neighborhood youth in advocating their perspective in shaping the political vision of post colonial Africa” (1995: web). If you red all of this, then I would advice you to go check the documentary on Netflix called “Afro beats”

Since childhood I’ve always LOVED dancing and I can dance, I know my body. I know what to do with it when I hear something in my ears that makes feel all sweet inside🥰Because my genes, DNA and blood KNOWS dance and music. My name is Naa Ayerley Adukwei Laryea. Naa Ayerley (The first female of her dad) Adukwei is my grandmothers name (On my biological fathers side) and then the name Laryea, WAHALA. If you take know, you take know. But this is me🪘🥁🎤🎷🕺🏾💃🏽🇬🇭 And Omo my parents genes aren’t bad oh, I fyne die!🤭 by @xo.itsblessing

1. We heard money money talks💵
2. The change of weather has completely changed my mood🌳
3. THE AGE OF ALIGNMENT✨
4. I’ve always loved food. Foodie forever but honestly I hate cooking. Det er røvsygt, hvis jeg skal ærlig😂
5. Long time, no selfie🤳🏾
6. Take pictures and/or videos of yourself, anywhere you feel comfortable, especially if you were truly and genuinely happy that very day🥰
7. Send one of your loved ones a song, wether they know it or not, send them a song y’all use to jam to together. Or send them something you think they’ll love based on, the knowledge you have about their favorite genres🎵
8. As a kid I always wondered, what the view looked like from up there?🤔
9. Buy yourself them flowers. Especially IF you love receiving them. In that way you won’t be easily impressed, when someone else does it🌷
10. Stay hydrated beloved☕️
11. You gotta wake up everyday
remembering you’re her/him/them*🏳️‍🌈
12. The saying “If you don’t love yourself, how can you ever love someone else” is not a myth. Just start by giving yourself the grace, love & you give others🫶🏾
13. You’re who, you are. Love yourself just like you love your loved ones. In that way you’ll always have way more of a humanly response to your own mistakes.

Lupus flair ups can unfortunately, leave some scars and hyperpigmentation on your skin which is what has happened to me. It knocked my confidence down for a while as your girl, use to have CLEAR skin without having to do too much to it. Luckily I ran into the owner of @moscandinaviaaarhus and I now have hope that I can get my skin back to somewhat what is was before I got Lupus.

They have SO MANY treatments (Also one specifically for the ladies🐱🤭) I can’t wait to share more about this new journey I’m on with @moscandinaviaaarhus. Buckle up and stay tuned in!🫶🏾 Remember to be kind to yourself, love yourself and stay true to whom you are. #selfcare #selfcareisntselfish #moscandinavia #selflove #mentalhealth
