THANK YOU NEW HAMPSHIRE

What an absolute wild time with an incredibly awesome lineup of bands at the Manchester, New Hampshire Jewel Music Venue Saturday night.

I cannot express my utmost gratitude enough to everyone involved. The only real answer as to how this was pulled off is our beautiful Lord above. Yahweh the Almighty.

"I can do all this through Him who gives me strength."
Philippians 4:13

Man. I was such a broken man before the Lord pulled me out of the pit. Self destructive. Depressed. Suicidal. Who knew Yahweh would throw me back into the pit with my favorite band-

This one goes out to you Diamonds to Dust, much love. Thank you and God bless.

Till next time,

CHRISTUS REX

Check out the epic playlist we are putting together with the link in our bio! What should we add next?

We want to turn this into the go-to christian metal playlist with the intent to grow it frequently! Our goal is to use it to foster the promotion of smaller to medium sized bands and artists within the Christian Metal genre free of charge in a pay-to-play run industry.

Help us by saving the playlist, sharing it with friends and family, and of course, listening. Spread it far and wide- Let's give back to those in the scene who have uplifted us. To show love and support to the bands who give us life in a dead world.

Are you a smaller Christian Metal band or artist looking for a playlist to call home? Message us and we will check out your music on Spotify! Again- we don't charge for placement and will NEVER charge for placement if this playlist ever gains traction and takes off. We are here as stewards and are called here by the grace of God alone to serve those in this genre.

PLAYLIST IN OUR BIO

Hey guys! Just wanted to share my Top 10 favorite bands of all time with you all. These artists all mean the world to me and helped bring me back to Christ two years ago after falling away from Him for a long six years during a very dark time in my life.

I can genuinely say that Christian Metal saved my life and I am proud to help support the scene in any way I can through XOCA, even if it's as small as building an awesome playlist with all my favorite music.

Christus Rex,

- Ash

I need your help.

Clearly I have neglected this account on the content side of things and I feel the need to change that.

Horribly camera shy and extreamly awkward, I need to realise this isn't for me. This is for the glory of God and the stewardship of His people. I've recently been trying to step out of my comfort zone overall and feel genuinely called to do more.

I honestly hate calling XOCA a "ministry" as I feel I have not done nearly enough to deserve such a title so starting today, I think I'm going to do more content like this going forward.

Unfortunately however, I have a busy work life and fatherhood can be a challenge to navigate as well so I'm honestly not sure how often I'll be able to record, edit, and post videos like these.

As said in the video, if anyone has any cool content suggestions dont hesitate to comment below or even DM me directly! Open to really anything and everything at this point...

I appreciate everyone who took the time out of your day to watch, let alone read these 5 paragraphs under some random dudes video. I'm really bad with words so bare with me- but God bless each and every one of ya'll and thank you to those of you who have supported my journey so far.

Much love,

- Ash

Behold, The Anorthosis

It doesnt look like much, but these lines tell my story. I made this symbol to represent the straight path, the broken path of which I strayed unto, and the moment those paths merged and my life was changed forever.

The center verticle line represents Orthos. The upright, straight and narrow way, Hamartia, the jagged downward strike through, the straying of my faith, and Metanoia is the returning intersection... It symbolizes that what’s crooked can turn back towards God.

My story is one that I feel many of you could potentially relate to. Maybe you strayed from Him for years. Got yourself into hell on earth like I did. Went through some horrible stuff that broke you. Crippled you. Only to come crawling back to He who welcomes the return of His lost sheep with only love and mercy in His sight.

Sometimes it takes hitting rock bottom to see that the way you are living isnt the way you should be. Through the veil of pain and suffering one can truely see the hands of God at work when He pulls you out of it even when you dont even want to. When He is your crutch, your shepherd, your rock, He can pull you from that hell of your own making.

Took alot for me to realise that He is the absolute only way to navigate such a cruel and evil world. I almost didnt make it, but man- My God, oh my God am I a lucky and greatful man. I owe my all to Yahweh. My existence is dedicated to Him. Though I may struggle everyday -wage war with myself everyday- I know that by the very blood of His Son whom He sent to die in my place am I saved and will be with Him in Paradise one day.

I struggle. I sin. I doubt. Yet, I worship His holy name.

Yahweh, God of all things good and holy, thank you from the depths of my soul, for saving my life.

My God, My God, Yahweh.

If this drop doesn’t make you want to smash something, we don’t know what will! Metal has been one of our favorite music genres for a long time. It’s filled to the brim with passion and energy, and makes live shows so much more entertaining! This is a sneak peek of what our show was like live at The Jewel last month thanks to @xocarex , come rock out with us!
