Tune in on HGTV June 19 at 10 pm PST for House Hunters Oakland + Alameda.

Catch me and my amazing clients as we explore homes in Oakland and Alameda in search of the perfect fit. This was such an exciting experience, and I’m so grateful to have been part of their home-buying journey while getting a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to film the show.

A big thank you to my buyers for their trust, patience, and enthusiasm throughout the process. Sharing this adventure together made it even more special, and I can’t wait for everyone to see how it all came together.

Be sure to tune in to HGTV and follow along on this unforgettable house hunt.

1519 Bayo Vista is officially SOLD!

This one is bittersweet. I had the pleasure of helping my sellers purchase this home just a few years ago, but life had other plans and brought them back to San Francisco.

Life happens, plans change, and sometimes a new chapter means saying goodbye to a place you once called home. I’m grateful they trusted me once again to guide them through the process and help them move on to what’s next. 🤘🏽

Thank you, Kyle for a great escrow! 🪩 @kyle_carriere_realtor

Pending in Orinda! A beautiful new chapter for my first-time homebuyers.

They found an updated 5-bedroom home in one of Orinda’s most peaceful communities, surrounded by beautiful views and just a short walk to downtown.

Sitting on over half an acre, this property offers so much potential. I’m especially excited to see how they transform the expansive grounds into their very own landscaped oasis.

So grateful for all of your support 🙏 🎲 #bradybunch by @xtineholt

I had the pleasure of helping both of T’s daughters purchase their homes, one in 2022 and the other earlier this year. And now, I just helped their beautiful mama find a home of her own!

They all live so close to one another now, and the grandkids get to grow up together, making memories with their cousins and having grandma just around the corner. A literal dream!

S + T found me online through my reviews, and after interviewing a few Realtors, they chose to work with me.

It truly means so much to be trusted to guide my clients through one of the biggest transactions of their lives. With so many agents to choose from, I never take that trust or opportunity for granted. And one thing you can always count on? We’re going to have some fun along the way!

So much love and gratitude for all of my clients. 🫶🏽 by @xtineholt

So excited for my buyers on this exceptional home.

Built in 1947 and designed by Frederick Langhorst, an apprentice of the legendary Frank Lloyd Wright, this mid-century modern home is truly something special.
