📰 Introducing FOXAFRIK News.

We believe that informed citizens build stronger nations, and that Africa’s transformation begins with truth, character, and responsibility.

This is where Africa’s stories are told with purpose.
🌍 Welcome to FOXAFRIK News.

They tried to bury their names beneath propaganda, assassinations, coups, and silence.
But history still remembers them. 🌍✊🏾

This Pan-African Day, we honor the fallen heroes who dreamed beyond colonial borders and dared to imagine a free, united, and self-reliant Africa.

From Kwame Nkrumah to Thomas Sankara, Patrice Lumumba to Muammar Gaddafi, Julius Nyerere to Jomo Kenyatta — these were not perfect men, but they carried dangerous ideas:
African unity.
African dignity.
African ownership.
African liberation.

Some were overthrown.
Some were betrayed.
Some were killed.
But none were forgotten.

This flyer is more than art.
It is remembrance.
It is resistance against historical erasure.
It is a message to a new generation that the African dream did not die with them.

They fought for an Africa that could stand on its own feet politically, economically, culturally, and mentally free from dependency and division.

Now the question passes to us:

Will we continue what they started?
Or will we allow their sacrifices to fade into hashtags and anniversaries?

Africa is not a question.
Africa is an answer waiting to be fulfilled and realized.

Happy Pan-African Day. ✊🏾🌍

Africa is not a question.
Africa is an answer waiting to be fulfilled and realized.” 🌍

They called her dark.
Yet the world borrowed light from her knowledge.

They called her poor.
Yet her soil feeds empires, her minerals power industries, and her rhythms move the globe.

They drew borders across her body, divided her people, distorted her history, extracted her wealth, and questioned her future — yet Africa still rises.

Because Africa has never lacked greatness.
Only the freedom to fully become it.

Today, on Pan-African Day, we do not gather to beg the world for recognition.
We gather to remember.

To remember the kingdoms.
The thinkers.
The revolutionaries.
The builders.
The artists.
The dreamers.
The blood.
The brilliance.
The unfinished destiny of a continent too powerful to remain asleep forever.

This is more than a page.
This is a voice for a new generation of Africans refusing to inherit hopelessness.

A generation choosing courage over fear.
Unity over division.
Creation over dependency.
Memory over erasure.

Here, we will tell our stories.
Celebrate our excellence.
Question our systems.
Protect our history.
Imagine our future.
And remind Africans everywhere that they were never created to survive alone — but to build together.

Africa is not waiting to be saved.
Africa is waiting to awaken.

And when she does, the world will remember what was always true:

The future has African fingerprints on it.

Happy Pan-African Day. ✊🏾🌍

🌍 THE WRAPPER IS MINE. GIVE IT BACK.

During her address at the Humboldt Forum in Germany, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie used a powerful analogy to challenge the justifications historically offered for colonial theft.

Imagine someone stealing your wrapper, then refusing to return it because they believe you cannot wear it properly or take care of it. Would those arguments make the wrapper theirs?

Her point was clear: the perceived inability of a people to manage, preserve or appreciate their heritage does not give another people the right to take it.

She brought this argument into the difficult history of German colonialism in Africa, recalling the atrocities, loss of lives and cultural dispossession that must not be erased from history.

This conversation goes beyond museums and artifacts. It is about truth, historical accountability, restitution and the dignity of people whose heritage was taken from them.

You cannot justify taking what belongs to another by claiming you can take better care of it.

Africa’s history deserves to be remembered, its heritage respected, and its people heard.

🌍 History must be confronted. Heritage must be respected. Accountability must matter.

🌍 AFRICA AND HER DIASPORA: CONNECTED BY HISTORY, UNITED BY POSSIBILITY.

Across oceans, borders, and generations, the connection between Africa and her diaspora endures. It lives in our history, our cultures, our identities, and the stories passed from one generation to the next.

But reconnecting with Africa is about more than remembering where we come from. It is about rediscovering our shared heritage, strengthening our bonds, and recognising the role we can all play in shaping the continent’s future.

At the Elevate Africa Annual Convening 2026, conversations will explore what becomes possible when Africa and her global family come together with a shared vision for the future.

Because our roots connect us, our heritage grounds us, and our shared future calls us forward.

🌍 REPARATORY JUSTICE BEGINS WITH RESTITUTION.

At Chatham House, Lord Paul Boateng reignited the conversation around colonial extraction, describing the British Museum as “the largest depository of stolen goods in the world.”

His argument goes beyond the question of who owns historical artifacts. It challenges the world to confront how African cultural treasures were acquired, where they belong, and what justice requires today.

These artifacts are more than objects behind glass. They carry the histories, identities, spirituality and heritage of the communities from which they came.

Returning Africa’s stolen heritage is not merely an act of goodwill. It is part of confronting the historical injustices of colonialism.

Africa’s history must not remain separated from its people.

🌍 Who has the right to preserve a people’s heritage—and who should decide where it belongs?

🌍 AFRICA’S DEBT TRAP: WHEN DEBT REPAYMENTS COMPETE WITH HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

What happens when countries spend more on servicing loan interest than on educating their children or providing healthcare for their people?

For millions across Africa, debt is more than an economic statistic. It raises difficult questions about public priorities, development, and the resources available to build a better future.

When debt servicing takes precedence over essential services, communities can feel the consequences—in classrooms, hospitals, and opportunities for the next generation.

This is the FOURTH AND FINAL EPISODE of our Debt Trap series.

🎥 Watch this episode, explore the previous parts on our page, and join the conversation.

Africa’s future must be about more than repaying debt. It must also be about investing in people.

THEY LOVED THE CULTURE. NOT THE PEOPLE WHO CREATED IT.

That is whitewashing.
They didn’t find Africa empty.
They EMPTIED it.
Entered kingdoms with art, bronze, spirituality, philosophy — then looted the masterpiece, erased the maker, and called it “WORLD HERITAGE” under perfect museum lighting.
Mocked us as primitive while collecting our work.
Called us soulless while displaying our sacred objects.
Acted like value only appeared after Europe approved it.
Theft became curation.
Erasure became scholarship.
The artifact survived.
The African was pushed out of the story.
At FOX-AFRICANS we say: No artifact without the African. No culture without the creator.
They didn’t discover an empty past. They manufactured one.
We are here to put the maker back in the masterpiece.
WCYD? Say the name. Restore the owner. Return the story.

THIS IS AFRICA. 🌍

From modern cities and world-class infrastructure to thriving rural communities, Africa is a continent of beauty, innovation, resilience and possibility.

Beyond the stereotypes, there is an Africa building, creating and evolving.

This is our home.
This is our story.
This is Africa.

Today, we don’t just celebrate a birthday. We celebrate a builder.
A Woman of Vision.
A Woman of Passion.
An African Queen.
A Pan-African. 🌍

Meet Samuella Oghogho Okathe — the Creative Director of the Fellowship Of The Xtraordinary Africans.

She is the eye behind the excellence.
The mind behind the design.
The woman who turns ideas into icons and stories into movements.

In a world that tells African creatives to shrink, she chose to Dare To Be Unique, Dream Big.
She doesn’t just create content. She curates legacy. She shapes how Africa sees herself — bold, beautiful, unapologetically excellent.

At FOX-AFRICANS, we believe Black Excellence must be celebrated WHILE it’s happening, not after the world discovers it.

Today, we honor one of our own who lives that ideology daily.
From all of us at the Fellowship Of The Xtraordinary Africans —
FOX-AFRICANS CELEBRATE YOU. 🥂
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SAMUELLA!

May this year bring you more vision, more impact, more global stages.

We love you. We see you. We celebrate you. 👑✨
Today, celebrate an African Queen who does it every day.

🇳🇬 HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY, NIGERIA! 🇳🇬

66 years of resilience, diversity, creativity and an unbreakable spirit.

Today, we celebrate Nigeria—not only for where we are, but for the nation we have the potential to build.

May we continue to discover our strength, build with what we have, and create an Africa that stands confidently on its own.

Nigeria at 66. 🇳🇬
Our story. Our responsibility. Our future.

At 16, she didn’t wait for permission to solve Africa’s problems. She built the solution.
Meet Mphahlele — 16, from Limpopo, and already an engineer of hope.

While the world debates women’s safety, this young Black girl from Limpopo engineered a prototype smart earring - a discreet device designed to help women silently signal for help during an attack.
This is not just innovation. This is African innovation rooted in African reality.
Her brilliance earned her Bronze at the Eskom Expo for Young Scientists in Engineering & Electronics. But a medal is not enough.

FOX-AFRICANS Ideology says: Colonialism taught us to wait for the world to validate us. The New African builds while they are watching.

She is not a future leader. She is a leader NOW.
She is not a future innovator. She is what innovation looks like NOW.

She doesn’t need pity. She needs PARTNERS.
She doesn’t need applause after the world discovers her. She needs investment WHILE she is here.
What she needs next:

Investors. Technical partners. Mentors. A team to take this from prototype to product - to every woman who needs it.
This is how we stop exporting genius and start protecting it.
This is Black Excellence. In real time. Not in retrospect.

WCYD - What Can You Do for Africa?
Celebrate her. Share her story. Tag an investor. Tag an engineer. Tag an organization that funds young African women in STEM.

Let’s make sure her journey doesn’t stop at a prototype.
We are FOX-AFRICANS. We don’t just tell African stories. We invest in them.
