If you stay whimsical, you ain’t gotta get whimsical 🍂🍁🍃

Fall foliage, crisp air, sunlight piercing through trees and glistening on rivers, and about a 100 steps later- what better way to wake up that inner child and start your day!

Sometimes adventure looks like a slow Sunday morning yapping in the woods with coffee and friends. It’s a beautiful day to get out yonder!

Yappers be like “I know a spot” and it’s a wooded boardwalk trail at the lagoon.

Cheers to a blue sky misty morning at Oxbow Lagoon! The air was crisp, the trees were dewey, the leaves were changing and the yaps were hilarious as always. Nothing like laughing with new friends by lily pads and wildflowers in the morning!

Through sun and through rain, yappers gonna yap ☔️☔️☔️

Whimsy waits for no perfect weather! Today’s yap was brought to you by Midwest gloomy day drizzles.

We were prepared to cancel due to weather, but the yappers showed up, ready to start walking and enjoy some shenanigans rain or shine! Thank you to everyone who enjoyed some rainy day whimsy as we officially bid farewell to summer and welcome fall weather.

Sweet sweet summa! How could we NOT take advantage of the lakefront on a clear crisp blue sky summer morning? While we patiently watch as the earth turns to fall, we’re still soaking up the sunshine and yapping wherever we can!
