During my run this morning, my mind went back to the Pacific Crest Trail; hiking 2200km through the desert and mountains. Pushing my limits every day to reach the summit and enjoying those breathtaking views. It was an amazing adventure, but also one of the most intense things I’ve ever done. Despite all the pain, I’m grateful that I was able to experience life so pure. Blurriness and unhelpful thoughts disappeared and I began to see everything so clearly. It still gives me the motivation and courage ever since to make choices that are aligned with my new priorities and goals. Thank you PCT 🙏 by @yaracasteleijn
Elk grammetje telt! Een extra elastiekje? Nee te zwaar! Eén of twee bekers? Korte broek, f*ck it we doen wel jumping jacks ‘s ochtends.
