#inktober2026 : 5 || Smack

Her fall ended when she hit a surface-

'Wait no.' She thought.

It was not the prickly end that she anticipated. There were no thorns, nor green, no prickly things. Instead she felt some softer but rough. Callouses...

She opened her eyes and turned to her back to see her savior.

And again, she wished she hadn't.

So sleepyyyy

But here it issss inktober d5 entry! LATE AGAIN

I tried experimenting with facial expressions on extreme situations.

This looks a bit eugh but dang is my time bleak.

She didn't notice when the ground beneath her feet disappeared. Only when she could feel the wind in her hair, and her hair in her face, could she realize what was happening.

She was falling. And falling fast.

She made a grave mistake to look down too.

They were sharp, the thorns on skin. If she was normal sized, they were at most as long as a fingernail and as thin as a needle—but now? The thorns could easily impale her at the right angle and at the right speed; conditions in which her current situation is currently satisfying.

She has to do something. Fast.

But what could she do? She's completely hopeless, and possibly meeting her end.

---

It seems our MC is facing quite a predicament. What would she do 🤔

[Also, I messed up the hands while inking (〒﹏〒) ]
[PPS. No hints this time :p]

She couldn't recall what happened. It was just, for a moment she was holding jars of coins, and the next, they were falling all around her. She was all too dumbstruck to process her current situation.

She had become smaller.

And there were things poking out of her head, and something strange on her back.

She'd become a miniature version of herself— a miniature version with some alterations.

Everything was so bright she could only see some of the coins falling, and not how the space around her is changing.

'What is happening?!' she thought.

Did this have something to do with the clock?

Oops late upload. Was kinda preoccupied yesterday and got too tired and lazy by the evening when I was free. ( ꈨຶ ˙̫̮ ꈨຶ )
So yeah. VERY LATE AHHHHHH

It's been passed on for many generations, from an ancestor a few centuries ago, to her. An old relic if you'd suppose.

She didn't put much thought into it, if any, it was that it looked awkward in her little bakery. A snail clock. Couldn't have been any weirder.

Yet she felt bad just throwing it away. It's been in the family for ages, it must be important. It must be costly.

Yet, at the point in her life when she's about to face complete financial ruin, she didn't think once about selling it off—okay maybe twice.

After that, she paid it no mind again.

But it seems that, IT had plans for HER.

In this season of daily parts stories, I'm leaving tiny easter eggs that will hint on how the next illustration will look like!

👀 Have you seen any?

😈 And what do you think will be the next feature?

#inktober2026 : 1 || Apple

It was a standstill,
Only a minute left to pass
But not one had the appeal,
To afford to be taken out the glass.

---

A messy desk, a clock to strike ten, a sign on the door, a very poor sales day, a troubled character, and an apple at the center of it all.

HELLO EVERYONEEEE (≧▽≦)

I GIVE TO YOU MY WARM INKTOBER TRIBUTE

Oh how time flies...

I COULDN'T MAKE IT IN TIME BUT what really is time?!

All that aside, I'm so excited to be back for inktober again. Literally just finished the first part of my midterms—which is kinda why this got late—and I'm spent, but the creative juices were being PUMPED so I couldn't let inktober pass.

So here we are back at it again

WITH ANOTHER STORY—WHAT COULD THIS BE

I honestly don't know either. But to expect still, is that this is gonna have that fantasy aspect to it. I mean, ya girl's addicted to fantasy (๑´•.̫ • `๑).

For this particular piece, I really wanted to get that sense of reality to it? But subtle.
Like some sense of emptiness but if you look deep enough you'd notice subtle hints of what could be happening.

I also wanted to try to practice my shading. I hope I got that at least.

That said, this was indeed a bit of a struggle, cuz not only is this wholely experimental (I mean most of my works are experimental) but unlike last time, I've had major life changes this time around. But that really is life. Like novels and stories, there's plots and driving points.

I still do hope I get to finish this cuz UGH my creative brain critter has been aching to be acknowledged for so long. ༼;´༎ຶ ۝ ༎ຶ༽

I really wanna improve drawing this time. Gosh I've been saying that so much, but now I feel like time is really catching up to me so. GONNA LOCK IN.

I hope y'all follow through with me this season like the last time. And feel free to share your thoughts too! I'd love to see what y'all think!

Constructive criticism is VERY MUCH ACCEPTED.

Finally and MOST IMPORTANTLY!
I HOPE EVERYONE HAVE FUN! (◕ᴗ◕✿)

THIS WAS A LONG YAP

Happy inktober guys! (✷‿✷)

It was really such a huge push for me to be comfortable with making art and trying out things outside my comfort zone. Oml the way that it made me make things that I didn't know I could do before? Such a wonderful feeling

I also met some wonderful artists along the way and it added so much more to this event

Was it challenging? Yes. Did I suffer a bit with schedules? Yes. Will I do it again? ABSOLUTELY

TIL NEXT YEAR GUYS 🥳

SUPER LATE DTIYS ENTRY for the #potoo6yeardtiys by a v v talented artist and a v v sweet friend @thetartanternco

Happy belated birthday to my adopted nephewwwww (≧▽≦) here's your auntie's gift for you (☆▽☆)

So sorry for bringing your cake very late baby birdie boy, auntie was a bit busy. But hey, you've already had a lot of cake 🙈 lmao anyway

He's absolutely adorable and I just knew I'm gonna love this silly little birdie the first time I saw him.
Like mother, like son, both are very very sweet and kind.
Which is why drawing for them is just so endearing ( ꈨຶ ˙̫̮ ꈨຶ ) I had real fun trying to draw this baby.

Also, first time drawing CAKE oml I was so all over the place.

I tried drawing him somewhat realistic too but... That didn't look well so I scratched it lmao

But either way, I realized sticking to his original look feels much more authentic.

So here ya go (Lmao saturation went crazy tho)

I HOPE THE NEPHEW LIKES IT (☆▽☆)

Not Artfight related but here's my entry for this very talented artist, @golden.chimaera 's DTIYS (☆▽☆)

And I also wanna greet you an ADVANCED HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🥳🥳✨✨✨

I wanted to post this exactly on the 28th as a sort of a birthday present but hello timezones. And I figured it's better not to submit on the deadline (this person's been traumatized by deadlines ⊙﹏⊙ lol)

So take this pooks, an advanced birthday present if you will 🥳🥳✨✨

Anywho

I had so much fun drawing this character esp in figuring out how I'm gonna draw her intricate details in my own style ಥ‿ಥ That was lowkey a struggle, and I didn't know much of what I do now since I started this in like- mid May??? Lmao suffice to say, she's been a recipient of my style experiments (人 •͈ᴗ•͈) That said, it's still a bit messy on some parts lmao

SHE'S SO BEAUTIFUL ACKKKK And her name is so beautiful tooooo ✨ Callista ✨ WAHHHHH

Hope I didn't butcher her design tho that's literally been a nightmare ༼;´༎ຶ ۝ ༎ຶ༽ I hope it's at least a bit accurate, tho I admit she does look different lmao bye--

I HOPE I DID HER JUSTICE STILL ( ･ั﹏･ั)

Again, ADVANCED HAPPY BIRTHDAY POOKS, congrats on every one of your achievements, and keep being the v v v v v talented artist you are I'll literally eat up every piece you do if I could

Attacks I made on my second week in on #artfight 💐

OCs featured:

1. Cassandra Hookwood : @chelmyx.s_diary
2. Hoshi : @lilbitofmal

I really thought I could make that little goal I made of making at least 5 attacks this week, but then things caught up, my mind wasn't at its best, and I got busy. I am pretty bummed, if I'm being honest; that I couldn't achieve my self-set quota. But I had fun nonetheless.

Especially since I discovered something that makes a piece extra good in my opinion:

💐ADDING TEXTURES AND PATTERNS 💐

Yeah, yah girl found out how to add those thangs so hopefully I could bring you pieces that've been enhanced and which hopefully looks better ( ꈍᴗꈍ)

I do hope I'm not jinxing myself again 👁️👄👁️

Anyway that's it for this week. Hopefully I get to make more next week and the rest.

Have a nice day, afternoon, or evening ! (ʃƪ＾3＾）

I'm gonna try and draw more for next week and hopefully improve more too. I might need to draw more men (I freaking dislike how I find their faces so difficult to draw)

Anywho, that's my first week !! Buhbye o((*^▽^*))o
