Part 2! Balancing your career and motherhood doesn’t mean doing it all — it means choosing one step today that moves you closer.
Plan, prepare but stay flexible always😬 and -

be kind to yourself ✨!

Tag a mama who needs to hear this — and save this post for the next “can’t catch up” or “I am not doing enough” moment. 💕

Stepping into 2026 as an RYT200 teacher ✨❤️.

Ladies and gents! It’s official! Alhamdullilah, I’m beyond happy, but more than anything, I feel content.

This journey has been in the making for a VERY long time. It feels like I’ve been rehearsing for this moment, this chapter, all along…

The call was always there. And, now I’m finally ready to take it on. To be and to offer what’s has been brewing within me.

I’m deeply grateful for every soul I’ve met along this path, and for all the teachers who’ve shared their wisdom with me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Looking back, after a month and a half… this journey has softened my heart, built me up, and… helped me release what no longer serves me. I feel more grounded. I feel compassion. I feel love.

I am looking forward to share the magic of yoga to hold space in the way I can 🧘‍♀️ breathing, movement, stillness and presence- a new beautiful chapter God willing✨.

At Luban Spa @lubanspa , our philosophy is simple - Zero Client Complaints.
Because with the right systems in place, we can prevent most issues before they even happen 🌿.

How do we do it?
1️⃣ Clear standards for every treatment.
2️⃣ Ongoing training for our team.
3️⃣ And most importantly!- a client consultation sheet to capture not just preferences, but also medical conditions and sensitivities.

✨ Prevention is the best form of care.
But if a concern ever does arise, we handle with empathy and prompt action.

I sort of thought marriage would just naturally stay the way it started 😅

But as your family grows, between work, home and all the little things… you realise dates happen less, spontaneity takes planning 😂 and without really noticing, your relationship gets whatever time and energy are left at the end of the day.

Turns out marriage needs work too :P
And making time for each other, instead of waiting to find it.

Love,
Yasmin

Hatha Vinyasa Flow ✨

We each come to the mat for different reasons… and what we need can change from one day to the next.

My hope is that each class gives you space to come back to your body, hear your breath, and notice what’s happening within. If you leave with even one small thing that serves you that day, that means a lot to me 🤍

Meet me on the mat at Seva:
Tuesdays at 10 AM
Thursdays at 4:30 PM

We can get almost anything delivered in 10 minutes now… so maybe it makes sense that we’ve started expecting quick fixes for ourselves too.

One session. One class. Someone who has that one answer that will finally make everything click.

I caught myself looking for that too the other day, after finishing a yoga practice.

Then I paused and reminded myself… there isn’t one magic key.

A session can plant a seed. A conversation can help you see something differently. But there is still work to be done.

Coming back to your yoga practice. Noticing your thoughts, meeting your patterns and fears. Journaling. Putting yourself out there when you’d rather hide. Sitting with your feelings when you’d rather distract yourself.

And then doing it again.

It takes time to change things we’ve been carrying for years. Understanding them is a beginning… practising a different way of being is the ongoing work.

Sharing this as someone who is in it too ❤️

Something meaningful is coming to Luban Spa! ❤️

Introducing Luban Ladies’ Majlis ✨

For some time, we’ve been wanting to create something beyond our spa treatments. A space where women can come together, connect, share experiences and inspire one another.

Because we believe wellness goes beyond taking care of our bodies. It’s also about the connections we make, the conversations we have, the stories we share and the sense of belonging we create.

And so, the Luban Ladies’ Majlis was born! 🤍

Every month, we’ll be bringing together women from different walks of life for intimate gatherings featuring inspiring guest speakers, honest conversations, shared experiences and meaningful connections.

Whether you’re building a business, raising a family, discovering a new passion, navigating a new chapter or simply looking to meet like-minded women, there’s a place for you.

Our very first Majlis is happening on Saturday, November 7th! 🗓️

We’ll be introducing our first guest speaker very soon, and we cannot wait to share this experience with you!

✨ Interested in joining us as a guest or becoming one of our featured speakers?

Register through the link in our bio or comment “MAJLIS” below and we will contact you to register your interest ❤️.

Here’s to creating a beautiful community of women who connect, grow and inspire one another.

With love,
Luban Spa ❤️

Want to turn your routine team meetings into a powerhouse of positive energy? ✨📈

We always share affirmation cards with our spa clients, but this week, we decided to flip the script. We started our weekly team meeting by having each of our therapists pull their own affirmation card from the deck. 🔮💖

The result? Positive energy ! The entire room shifted. Instead of standard meeting silence, we had instant engagement, laughter, and high-vibe energy. Everyone was leaning in, excited to hear each other’s cards.

💡 Pro-Tip for leaders & business owners:
If you want to boost team spirit and start your week on a high note, try this simple shift in your next huddle. It completely transforms the workplace dynamic! 🚀

📌 Save this post for your next team meeting, and tell me in the comments—how do you kick off your team huddles? 👇 by @yasmine.almwqt
