Big visions deserve strong foundations. After years of working with nonprofit organizations and businesses of all kinds, one thing has become clear: A meaningful mission creates momentum. The right people and systems help sustain it. From fundraising and marketing to brand development, sales, events, and business systems, I’ve had the opportunity to bring ideas to life, connect people, and help organizations move their visions forward. That’s the heart behind YAY Growth Collective. We bring strategy, creativity, and thoughtful execution together to build stronger foundations for meaningful growth. Here’s to what’s next. ✨ by @yaygrowthcollective
25 years. Two worlds. I’ve spent my career at the intersection most strategists never touch: nonprofit development and corporate growth. On the mission side: universities, arts companies, community organizations, health causes. Annual dinners, donor cultivation, grant strategy, communications engines. On the growth side: years of sales, operations, and business development work, including countless trade shows and international conventions, from Cannes Film Festival to IAAPA Europe in London. Here’s what the combination taught me: nonprofits and businesses break in the same place. Not vision, not passion. Infrastructure. The systems underneath the mission. That’s why I build development engines for mission-driven organizations and growth engines for founders. Same discipline, different scoreboard. If your organization is ready to expand, let’s look at what’s underneath. #nonprofitdevelopmentcoach #businessgrowthstrategy #founderstory #womanowned by @yaygrowthcollective
