Three years of Endwel. What started as an idea of what men’s grooming could be has slowly become something much bigger than we imagined. Three years of refining our craft. Three years of building a team. Three years of learning, changing, getting things wrong, and getting better. But most importantly, three years of people trusting us — with their hair, their time, and in many cases, coming back every few weeks since the beginning. Endwel has never been about just cutting hair. We’ve always wanted to build something with intention. A place where the craft is taken seriously, the experience feels considered, and the people behind the chair have somewhere to grow. We’re proud of what we’ve built. But we’re even more excited about what Endwel is becoming. by @yayron_

Transformation cut, tailored specifically to the client for ease of styling. Focused on reducing ton of weight on the sides and back. Tucked everything in to complement head shape and added flair to the overall cut by @yayron_
The 7th annual Confident Cuts event, powered by @kickbackfoundation , was a huge success! In September, the community came together for an unforgettable day of fun, laughter, and unity. Over 100 youth, aged 6-18, received free haircuts provided by Confident Cuts, along with 50 braid-ups to help them kick off the school year with confidence. Kick Back also brought out the energy with backpacks, a community BBQ, a live DJ, and impressive basketball skills on display. A huge thanks to everyone who made this event one to remember! by @yayron_
