♨️ NEW TUNE OUT NOW ♨️

Yellow Mellow VS Porto - Me Against Myself

This looney tune was created as a way of channeling and expressing some of my inner fights. Bringing this challenge into the creative process brought me a lot of healing and calm. I hope it does the same for whoever listens to it, in some way ⚕️

All funds received on Bandcamp will go to my brother @anayama_xipe_totecs cancer treatment 💜

$Smashing some bangers at the almighty @krakwua.kall 🐙 Thank you for the sweet captures my dear @fractal.iris.photography . You absolutly rock 🎸🤘 by @yellow_mellow_sound$

The second Kall of Krakwua was such a special blast. I’m so proud of our Obsydian Collective sailors and friends for all the love and dedication on this second adventure. Step by step, our ship is growing bigger and stronger ☠️

Normally I’m always nervous before my set, but curiously, this time I was super chill and confident playing at home. It was an honor and a big responsibility for me to play after @tromo.music / @quadraphonic__ . Thank you so much for everything, Yiannis. It was a pleasure to finally connect with you 🫶

Thanks to everyone who danced to my music and battled against the Kraken with me.

May Rock n Roll never die 🏴‍☠️

All the looney tunes of this post are fresh, unreleased music 🏄‍♂️

Yellow Mellow is a psytrance live project, designed by a human being named João Porto.
This project was born with the intention of thanking and contributing to psychedelic culture for all the healing and teachings it has provided to this young artist since his first encounter with this sound art.
From an early age, curious and passionate about music, he always chased different musical subgenres, from jazz to ska, funk to bossa nova, and many others.
A multi-instrumentalist, he chose the guitar as his main instrument, where it all started at a classical music conservatory.
He wasn’t always a psytrance lover, only discovering it at the age of 21, when friends invited him to a party in the middle of the woods. Fascinated by this first impact with the psytrance scene, he developed a desire to give back to listeners around the world what other artists had given him: his own frequencies, offered as a form of auditory medicine.
Yellow Mellow’s sound can be characterised by serious basslines combined with unpredictable leads and spooky atmospheres — a middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition. by @yellow_mellow_sound

OUT NOW ON MY BANDCAMP- The Mistery of Mallory and Irvine 🏔️ (link on bio)

George Mallory and Andrew Irvine were mountaineering pioneers.

In 1924, during their attempt to climb Mount Everest, they were last seen only 250 meters below the summit, leaving behind one of the greatest mysteries in human history: were they the first human beings to reach the summit of Everest?

More than a century later, the question remains unanswered.

In honor of their brave and fearless spirit, I created this track to tell their story.

Mastering by my dear brother @opsuruus.music by @yellow_mellow_sound

Oh well, oh well... The Japan Tour was such a beautiful dream. I’ve been dreaming of taking my music on tour for a long, long time and doing it for the first time in Japan was something I never expected.
I’m deeply grateful for all the new experiences I had, all the lovely people I met and all the incredible places I visited during these two unforgettable months in Japan.

Arigato gozaimasu to my dear friends @dopppie @u.e.c.h.i and @dreadkunkun . Without you this opportunity would never have been possible. I owe you the world for that. It was so special to strengthen our friendship even more. I love you all so, so much.

To all the organizers of the five gigs I played — @coco94a , @makoto7330 , @dj.vic.viper , @tsuyoshi_dj_kankeey , @lil_makoo and @dj_hanabi_digitalshamans — arigato for treating me with so much care. Every party was so beautiful and created with so much love and dedication. I’m truly honored to have been part of each one of them.

There are a lot of people that I really loved to met on this trip that are not on this post, but insta only allows me to put 20 pics 😂

My heart is full. This adventure gave me an even stronger sense of what I want to do with my life.

I’m still buzzing from these two months of crazy adventures in paradise. For now, I’ll reconnect with my family and friends and continue evolving through my creations.

A lot of sweet honey will be coming out of Yellow Mellow’s hive very soon 🐝🍯

To infinity and beyond 💜 by @yellow_mellow_sound

No better way to end my Japan tour.

Hakko Ichiu was such a sweet party. This is my first time in Hakuba and it was love at the first sight. Being surrounded by the Japanese Alps and feel its powerful and beautiful presence brings me so much peace.

Hontoni Arigato Gozaimasu my brother @lil_makoo for all the warm hospitality. I feel blessed for your invitation and welcoming. It has been a super great time with you and @m98megumi 💜🦦
