BE BRAVE

Say how you feel,
leave the job you hate,
find your passion,
love with every ounce of your bones, stand up for what you believe in,
don’t settle and never apologize for who you are.

GOOD NIGHT

Before you go to sleep tonight
Remember,

Someone out there is praying for peace, just like you.

Someone’s fighting a quiet battle, just like you.

And someone’s holding on to hope, just like you.

You’re not alone.

Sweet Dreams and Rest your hearts you beautiful souls.

Choose Kindness

Some of the strongest people are fighting battles they never talk about.

They smile, show up, and keep going, even when their hearts are tired.

So be gentle with people, and be gentle with yourself, too.

You never know how much courage it takes just to get through an ordinary day.

Everyone is carrying something.

Choose kindness.

Have a great day you beautiful souls.

GOOD NIGHT

Say this before bed tonight.

I let go of any tension, frustration, worry, doubt, insecurity, or fear that I accumulated through the day.

With each exhale, I feel my body become lighter, my heart calmer, my mind at ease.

I allow love, peace, joy and blessings to fill my being tonight while I sleep.

Good Night you beautiful souls.✌🏻❤️

Every breath is a blessing.

EVERY BREATH you take is a blessing. Every morning you wake up is a
miracle. Although life may not be perfect, it is still a gift, and there is always so much to be grateful for.

HAPPINESS

HAPPINESS IS A CHOICE, NOT A RESULT.

NOTHING WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY UNTIL YOU CHOOSE TO BE HAPPY.

NO PERSON WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY UNLESS YOU DECIDE TO BE HAPPY.

YOUR HAPPINESS WILL NOT COME TO YOU
IT CAN ONLY COME FROM YOU.

HAVE A GREAT DAY YOU BEAUTIFUL SOULS. ✌🏻❤️🙌🏻
