Obsessed with this fit by @statement_by_veev

When fashion meets art, this is what you get.
The corset is corseting and the flare is flaring.
A perfect polka-dot statement dress.

Some outfits don’t need to shout!

The moment I saw @giftsy_rn at @beautyinthemotherland in this minimal, tailored, timeless beige set, I couldn’t help but film. Loved how she carried it with so much poise.

While at @beautyinthemotherland I saw her taking pictures with her friend. The dress caught me first. How it complemented her beautiful brown skin perfectly 🤎 Then the hair (it gave African), the smile... everything just sat.

I walked up to her and asked if I could shoot a quick video. She agreed. Thank you so much Queen

This video stayed with me for days after @beautyinthemotherland ended because of the SOUND.

I searched everywhere but just couldn't find the perfect sound to my taste... nothing felt right. I wanted a sound that matched her softness, her smile, her shyness.

Then I found this sound by @dwinthestoic titled 'AGAIN' and I just knew. Instantly.

And that lady that walked past at the end? Nope, it wasn't planned at all 😂 My phone was literally inches away from my muse, we were locked in... then she just strolled past in our faces. We were too stunned to even react. I left it in because life is not perfect, and sometimes the unplanned moments make it more real.

@beautyinthemotherland had the fits out and @lensesthegrapher understood it.

The combo was too clean to not capture

Girls supporting girls will always be my favorite content 🫶

Spotted the gorgeous @veezeebaybeh at @beautyinthemotherland , Africa’s Biggest Beauty Event.

She was out and about, showing love and exploring different booths and of course we caught this sweet moment when she stopped by to support her friend @dabotalawson @dabotacosmetics

That blonde bob, the skin, the black satin look? 10/10.
She understood the assignment! She’s so stunning.

Please help me tag both Venita and Dabota🙏

Went round @beautyinthemotherland trade fair filming random outfits that caught my eye, and then I saw HER. 🧡

First the scarf, then the statement earrings, then the full Ankara dress, everything was just perfect. I knew immediately I had to film her.

She was in such a rush, and I’m so grateful she still graced my camera even for those few seconds. If I had more time, I would have taken close-ups of those statement earrings and all the little details, but this is all I could get.

I was so in a rush too that I forgot to ask for her Instagram handle. 😩

Dear Instagram, please help me find this gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous girl! If you know her, tag her below 🙏
