I’m still in awe of this past weekend. The Diamond Tribe showed up strong, dancing with me, rocking our booth, repping the brand, and bringing so much love and energy. 💜💎 You didn’t just support me, you supported every instructor and every part of this festival. That’s the kind of community and abundance i manifested, and I’m so grateful we get to live it together. Thank you! Big thank you to my brother Derek López for capturing the moments through your lens, and to my hubby for always supporting my crazy. 😘 Grateful to Strength in the City for having us, and to @savfit__ for always speaking my name with love, lifting me up, in rooms I’m not even in. Movement. Energy. Connection. Family. That’s YoFit. That’s the Diamond Tribe. 🎥 Video recap coming soon. #StrengthInTheCity #YoFitOfficial #DiamondTribe #DanceFitAlchemy #Community #Wellness #MoveWithPurpose #NashvilleFitness by @yofitofficial
30 second Mindful Momento- Let this be your reset. Save this for anytime you need to reset your energy or choose to do something for yourself this week. Momento - Spanish for Moment. #mindfullife #weeklyreset #energyalignment #felttherapy #yofitofficial by @yofitofficial
It’s Fall and Libra Season! Our closing Cacao Ceremony and Fall Equinox Celebration at the 2024 YoFit Retreat allowed us to share in the beauty of the moment and experience Earth’s Soul medicine as we welcomed in the Fall. Unlike the Solstices that highlight light or darkness alone, the Equinox shows us the beauty of their coexistence. Light = Energy that fuels our ambitions and deserves. Darkness = Rest and reflection Both are important and key to our growth and wellness. Like this cosmic balance we too must create harmony within ourselves. And now we are in Libra season! Libra is all about balance. So use this as a reminder of the balance needed in your life to support going after what you want, but prioritizing moments to recharge and to asses if what you are going after aligns with the life you deserve. Have you participated in a cacao ceremony before? Thank you to @thatsocuteshop for being our Cacao Ceremony Sponnsor! And @laveraneraflowershop for the beautiful flowers use code YOFIT for 15% off your flower order. They ship anywhere in the US, Canada and Mexico! LYRICS TRANSLATION Legend has it that there was a time when life did not revolve around a mineral. It was the seed that came from the most beautiful plant in the universal garden With only a fragment of its fruit it possessed ancestral wisdom in its core. A small sip could take away your hunger and purge you of sins. Drink of nobles, drinks of kings, drink of gods, vital elixir Alchemy that heals the pains of the soul, promotes and restores peace Hot and thick, light and very fresh, in all your forms you make me vibrate Mixed with flowers, sugar and spices, you transmute my mental state into gold Blessed cocoa, blessed cocoa #cacao #cacaoceremonial #mexicana #wellnessretreat #energyalignment #yofitofficial #wellnessforwomen #wellnessforlatinas #wellnessguide #diamondtribe by @yofitofficial

NEW EPISODE!! Watch on YouTube; listen where you get your podcasts: links in bio! EARTHMOVERS co-hosts Verna NezBegay Volker @hozhorunner4 and Alison Mariella Désir @alisonmdesir talk to Yolanda López Haugabook @yofitruns, runner and co-founder of the Nashville, TN, trail running group Sin Miedo Trail Runners @sinmiedotrailrunners. Yolanda, known as “Yo,” is a marathoner, hybrid athlete, and community builder. She ran her first marathon after just five months of training and then went on to co-found Sin Miedo with her husband, Antoine, not long after. Sin Miedo, which means without fear or fearless, is a fast-growing trail running community, founded by people of color, centering people of color, with the aim to uplift cultura, courage, and connection in the outdoors. In this conversation, Yolanda talks about her own running journey, the origins of Sin Miedo, and the joys and challenges of creating a trail running group that is focused on runners of color. She also highlights the support she and Antoine are getting from the Freedom to Run: Back Outside program, created by the Running Industry Diversity Coalition (RIDC) @runningdiversity. Verna and Alison are RIDC co-founders. Verna and Alison bring their shared experience, as community leaders and organization founders, as well as runners and racial equity advocates. “There are times when we run together, and you can feel the ground underneath us drumming,” says Yolanda López Haugabook @yofitruns, co-founder of Sin Miedo @sinmiedotrailrunners. “Earthmovers!” notes co-host Alison Mariella Désir @alisonmdesir. Exactly. This is so much of what EARTHMOVERS is about, how people make connections to the land. Sin Miedo is the first trail running organization in Nashville formed by people of color, centiering people of color. Yolanda co-founded the group just over two months ago, with her husband, Antoine. In this upcoming episode, Yolanda talks to co-hosts Alison Mariella Désir and Verna NezBegay Volker @hozhorunner4. Listen and subscribe today on your favorite podcast app, like Apple and Spotify. June is here, and with it comes a shift in energy: an invitation to ground ourselves, to move with spirit, to pause and reflect. This week’s practice with the @nashblackwellnesscollective reminded me: movement can be medicine, and stillness can be strength. I’m still running. Still lifting. Still building. But now — I’m moving with deeper intention. Here’s to a month of grounding, alignment, and leading with intention and authenticity. How will you tune in this month? Shout out to Nashville Black Wellness Collective for kicking off men’s health month w such an awesome flow w male instructors from the only black owned yoga studio in Nashville! 🙌🏽🔥💜💎 #YoFitofficial #YoFitRuns #BlackWellnessCollective #HealingInMotion #HybridAthlete #SpiritualAthlete #MindBodyConnection by @yofitofficial
