Strength isn’t just about muscles; it’s about the courage to rise, the patience to balance, and the focus to hold steady. 🖤 Bakasana, or Crow Pose, is more than just a yoga posture—it’s a journey of trust and determination. In this pose, you learn to embrace your fears (hello, face-plant worries!) and replace them with confidence. It teaches you that balance comes from within, and progress happens when you let go of self-doubt. Every wobble is a step closer to strength, every fall is a lesson in resilience. So, take a deep breath, trust yourself, and soar higher. The magic happens when you believe in your wings. 🕊️✨ #Bakasana #CrowPose #YogaForStrength #BalanceAndFocus #MindBodySoul #YogaPractice by @yog_samyoga

Sometimes we create our own illusions, we need to surrender to Him, He will reveals what is real— through different ways, different signs, and different forms. We only need to trust this journey. शिवोऽहम् 🕉️ #spritualıty #fyp #instagood #innerpeace #surrendertogod by @yog_samyoga
You became my path when I had lost my way. You became my desire when I stopped asking for anything. You are the ground beneath me when I fall, and the destination I was always meant to return to. There is so little of “me” left in me now, Baba. Whatever remains— my breath, my heart, my becoming— is all Yours. I am not asking You to change my life anymore. I am simply surrendering it to You. Not me. Only You. Shivoham. 🕉️ #innerpeace #spritualıty #soulguide #lifegoals #meditation by @yog_samyoga
Something within me is slowly fading— the ego, the need to hold on, the need to be someone. And in its place, there is compassion, softness, and love. Whatever remains of me is dissolving into stillness. And in that stillness, I find no “me” left to hold on to— only Shiva. Perhaps surrender was never about losing myself, but returning to what I truly am. Shivoham. 🕉️ #spritualıty #surrender #innerpeace💫 #shivoham #fyp by @yog_samyoga
In the stillness of meditation, I don’t seek Shiva— I dissolve into the silence where Shiva already is. 🕉️🔱 #spritualıty #surrender #ʟᴏʀᴅsʜɪᴠᴀ #lifegoals #innerpeace by @yog_samyoga
Before the Kundalini rises, the roots must become still. 🌺 Ganpati — the deity of the Mooladhara, the foundation — reminds us that every spiritual journey begins with grounding, discipline and surrender. Through mantra, meditation and sadhana, we turn our awareness inward… from seeking Him outside, to discovering the divine within. ॐ गं गणपतये नमः। 🕉️🐘 May the remover of obstacles clear not only our path, but also the noise within us. Root deeply. Sit silently. Surrender completely. 🔴✨ #ganpatibappamorya #sadhna #spritualıty #ganeshachaturthi #innerpeace by @yog_samyoga
The Demon is always Within, The Goddess is always Within, The battle too, is always within. by @yog_samyoga
Let the breath become prayer, and the silence become a path from the root to the Divine. by @yog_samyoga

What makes Pune special to me? Ganpati. ❤️ Three years ago, this journey began with Him—and somehow, it keeps continuing. He gave me comfort, a sense of safety, and made this city feel like home. In Pune’s old streets, beautiful heritage, quiet corners and the warmth of its people, I found something I can’t quite explain—a feeling of oneness. Maybe that’s why I love Pune. Because somewhere between its old-world charm and His divine presence, I found a little piece of myself. 🪷✨ #punecity #ganpatibappamorya #ganeshchaturthi2026🙏❤️❤️🙏 #dagdushethganpati🌏🌸❣️🙏 #viralsong by @yog_samyoga
