🌿 With every step of my own spiritual journey, 🚶‍♂️✨
🌿 À chaque pas de mon propre cheminement spirituel, 🚶‍♂️✨

💚 I keep arriving at the same realization: ❤️
💚 j'arrive toujours à la même réalisation : ❤️

🌍 Our world needs more love, 🫶
🌍 Notre monde a besoin de plus d'amour, 🫶

🤍 More compassion, 🌸
🤍 de plus de compassion, 🌸

🌈 And more conscious connection. ✨
🌈 et de liens plus conscients. ✨

🙏 Feeling blessed. 💫

The 8 Limbs of Ashtanga Yoga 🪷

The eight limbs of Yoga guide us on a beautiful journey inward.

We begin by moving with the body through Asana, and the breath through Pranayama. This prepares and purifies us, helping to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind.

As we withdraw the senses and focus within, we create the inner stillness needed for meditation.

Through meditation, reflection, and self-observation, we integrate body, mind, and spirit, and awaken our true, limitless spiritual potential. ✨🙏

“Yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.”
— Yoga Sutra 1.2

This piece was created as a reminder that healing and transformation often begin within. 🌈
Art has become meditation for me; a way to slow down, listen, and translate energy into color and form.

Which chakra are you feeling most connected to lately?
