Over 10 years of Miami and pole addiction 💘 by @yoga_scientist

Ever wonder why we spend our lives hunched over screens, trapped in boxes—apartments, cubicles, glowing rectangles—forgetting what it feels like to be alive?
Every time I step into nature, I remember:
I am not meant to be a shrunk-down version of myself.
I am not a machine.
I am a woman—meant to move, to feel, to breathe, to dance under the open sky.
Why is it so hard, in today’s society, to leave the dark corners of our “connected” lives and actually connect—to the earth, to our bodies, to each other?
Every hour I spend staring at a laptop, I feel my spirit shrinking, my posture folding, my light dimming.
But when I move in nature, I unshrimp myself—I reclaim my neck, my breath, my expansive mind##. I trade 5G for birdsong, blue light for the full spectrum of sunlight.

Can you relate?

Are you tired of living life in grayscale, when the world outside is bursting with color, sound, and sensation?
Do you ever feel like you’re becoming less human the more “connected” you are?

Tell me below—what’s your wildest memory of feeling fully alive and free? What’s stopping you from claiming that every day?

A sensory science experience:
What if the same invisible force that arranges sand into perfect geometry on a vibrating plate… is moving through your body right now shaping your cells, syncing your breath, tuning your nervous system to frequencies you’ve forgotten how to hear?

This is cymatics. The science of visible sound.

Cymatic Yoga is a 90-minute immersive experience that encompasses awe-inducing science and embodied yoga practice with a rejuvenating sound bath.

You’ll witness sound and light creating geometry in real time… projected around you like a living, breathing documentary you’re inside of. You’ll hear the science story of how vibration builds everything from snowflakes to your own heartbeat. You will live the story of sound through your body via a guided playful yoga flow, a journey synchronized with a curated soundscape that builds, crests, and dissolves. You don’t need to be “good” at yoga. You need to be willing to feel.

The experience ends with a deep sound bath and guided meditation that will leave you feeling like you just returned from somewhere magical.
This is not wellness as usual. This is evidence-based awe.
