MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: MEET ZOE! ✨ One of our favorite parts of what we do is getting to know the incredible people who walk through our doors and hearing the stories that brought them here ❤️ Zoe’s journey is such a beautiful reminder that fitness is about so much more than how we look. It’s about finding movement that supports our bodies, learning to give ourselves grace, and discovering what makes us feel our best. After navigating personal challenges and her PCOS diagnosis, Zoe took a chance on something new! Even though she wasn’t sure she’d enjoy it at first, she showed up, gave it a try, and began finding a new way to connect with her body. And THAT is what we love about her story🥹 Zoe, thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your journey and for reminding us why we do what we do. We’re so grateful that you found your way into our community, and we can’t wait to continue cheering you on 🙌 WE LOVE YOU, ZOE!!🥰 by @yogaeight

A huge shoutout to Vanguard College Prep for recognizing that some of the most important life skills we can give young people aren’t just academic. ❤️ Today, we had the honor of welcoming students from Vanguard’s Life Skills class into Yoga8 for an introduction to yoga, meditation and mindfulness. We talked about something we believe deeply at Yoga8: the ability to self-regulate is a life skill. Learning how to pause. How to breathe. How to recognize what is happening within you. How to calm your nervous system instead of immediately reacting to the world around you. These are tools they can carry into stressful exams, relationships, college, careers, parenthood and every season of life. At the end of our time together, one student said, “I already feel like a burden has been lifted.” That’s the power of the practice. ❤️ What a gift it would be if we taught more young people that peace isn’t something they have to wait for the world to give them. It’s something they can learn to cultivate within themselves. Thank you, Vanguard, for investing in the whole person and for allowing us to be a small part of it. It was truly an honor to have these young adults in our space. If you have a school, team, organization or group that could benefit from a private yoga, meditation or mindfulness experience, we would love to welcome you to Yoga8. by @yogaeight

We’re praying for one of our Yoga8 family members who has been gone for entirely too long. 😂 And by too long, we mean a few days, because when someone is normally at Yoga8 two or three times a day, we notice when she’s missing. But I guess we’ll allow it since WENDY IS IN FRANCE GETTING READY TO RACE THE IRONMAN 70.3 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!!! 🇫🇷❤️ WENDY!!! We love you, we’re cheering for you, and we are SO incredibly excited for you! You’ve trained for this. You’ve put in the work. Now go enjoy every single second of what you earned. We’re praying for a strong, healthy, AMAZING race and for you to soak it all in and have the best time out there. And then please come home. 😂 We are officially dying without you and have decided you’ve been gone long enough. Your whole Yoga8 family is behind you. GO WENDY GO!!! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️❤️ Have the BEST RACE EVER! 🇫🇷 by @yogaeight
