For a long time I’ve longed to live and teach in step with the turning of the year. That longing has now taken shape: from now on, the fire festivals set the timing of my retreats. The place may change, but we meet when the wheel turns. 🔥 Swipe to see what’s coming. #rasayoga #wheeloftheyear #firefestivals #yogaretreat #famo Samhain is the threshold into the dark half of the year. Over this weekend we go inward and lay to rest the old stories that no longer need to lead us, with Rasa Yoga, FAMO, meditation and silence. 30 Oct – 1 Nov · Bäddar & Ängar, Österlen. Only 1 space left. Link in bio. As the darkness deepens, we carry the Samhain flame north. Rasa Yoga, warm water and the wild beauty of Iceland, keeping the inner fire alive. 20–24 Nov · Laugarvatn, Iceland Only 1 space left. Link in bio. Imbolc is the first stirring of light in the depths of winter. This Rasa Yoga & FAMO retreat takes place in a candlelit wooden studio by the sea, with good food, warm water and deep rest. 29–31 Jan 2027 · Torekov Hotel Booking is open. Link in bio. Seven FAMO courses and a four-hour practical and theory assessment later, I can finally say it: I’m a Certified Advanced FAMO Fascia Movement Teacher, with the Diploma in FAMO Fascia Movement to go with it. 🤍 It started with Anatomy Trains in Motion — the foundation course both paths are built on. From there I went into AT Structural Integration, six courses deep, part one of that track. Then I returned to that which has been my passion for the last 16 years - MOVEMENT and I found my way to the FAMO pathway: Fascia in Focus, FAMO Practice 1, 2 and 3, Body Reading & Rebalancing, Teaching & Functional Sequencing — and last Friday, the Diploma Assessment, where I had to teach it, cue it and apply the theory behind it, live, in front of an assessor. Manual work is awesome, I mean that. But going through both paths taught me something: the lasting results come through movement. Movement is medicine. Grateful to @karingurtner.aom at Art of Motion for building this body of work, my teachers Stephanie @movementforlivingwell and Stephanie @stephanieludwig_fasciamovement for their inspiring and encouraging ways of teaching💜🙏🏼 And thanks to everyone who has shaken, spiralled, bounced and melted through a FAMO class with me along the way. More of this is coming in my studio and around Copenhagen — I can’t wait to bring it to you. #famo #fasciamovement #fasciainfocus #somaticmovement #yoga4courage by @yogahronn
Samhain marks the thinning of the veil - the old Celtic new year, when the boundary between what was and what’s coming softens just enough to let something in. This October, I’m holding a weekend inside that threshold. The Space Between - Rasa Yoga mornings, FAMO afternoons, daily meditation, and long, unhurried stretches of silence. Not a packed schedule. Space, on purpose, to let the practices actually land. 📍 Bäddar & Ängar, Österlen, Sweden 📅 October 30 - November 1, 2026 🍽️ Every meal home-cooked on site by chef Malin Block 💰 3,600–4,500 DKK · 1,500 DKK deposit secures your spot 👥 Limited to 18 — several places already taken This is for anyone who’s been feeling the pull to slow down, turn inward, and meet themselves honestly before the year turns again. Reserve via the link in my bio. I’d love to have you there. #rasayogacollective #famo #artofmovement #samhain #meditationretreat by @yogahronn

What a wonderful morning at BFT! 🙏 A huge thank you to the 25 members who joined me for our Recovery, Mobility & Fascia Reset workshop. It was such a pleasure to explore how small, mindful movements can create big changes in the way we feel and move. One of the comments I heard again and again afterwards was, “I feel so much lighter.” That was exactly the intention - to help the body recover, restore movement quality, and leave with a little more ease and a little less effort. A special thank you to Katie for creating this opportunity and for believing in the value of bringing recovery, mobility and fascia-focused movement into the BFT community. And thank you to everyone who showed up with curiosity and an open mind. I hope some of that lightness stays with you throughout the rest of the Challenge - and beyond. 💛 #rasayogacollective #recovery #mobility #fascia #fasciamovement by @yogahronn
A wonderful few days in Oslo completing the final module of the FAMO Fascia Movement® Teacher Training: Teaching & Functional Sequencing. So much of what we’ve explored throughout the training came together in this last immersion. Not only the movement principles and sequencing, but also the art of teaching - how to create practices that are intelligent, functional, embodied, and alive. Deep gratitude to @stephanieludwig_fasciamovement for her generous guidance and vision, and to this beautiful group of fellow teachers. Learning alongside you has been a joy, and I have a feeling our paths will cross again. Deep gratitude to Therese @bergenbodywork for making this possible for all of us. Between sessions, walks along Åkeselva, shared conversations, laughter, and learning, this training has been about much more than movement. I leave feeling inspired, nourished and excited to share FAMO more fully through classes, workshops, and one-on-one sessions. ✨ Movement is never just movement. It’s relationship, awareness, adaptability, and connection. #famo #fasciamovement #movementeducation #teachertraining #embodiedmovement by @yogahronn

Kvindekraft.

As we move into a new year, I’m reflecting on what our practices are really here to support — not just flexibility or strength, but how we meet life itself. Rasa Yoga is where we practice being in life. While fascia work helps us sense and nervous-system practices help us regulate, Rasa Yoga brings everything together — into movement, choice, and meaning. Through breath, intelligent sequencing, philosophy, mantra, and myth, the practice invites strength and softness to coexist, on and off the mat. From January, I’m offering a carefully curated mix of yoga and fascia-focused classes — shaped by my recent certification as a FAMO Fascia Movement Teacher and many years of work with breath, fascia, and nervous-system regulation. Here’s what’s on the weekly schedule: 🌿 Rasa Yoga • Mondays 17:00–18:30 • Mondays 18:45–20:00 • Thursdays 17:00–18:15 A heart-centered practice blending flow and form, breath, mantra, myth, and embodied alignment. Strength and softness in equal measure. 🌱 FAMO Slow (Tuesdays 17:00–18:15) Gentle, fascia-friendly movement for softness, ease, and nervous-system balance. Slow spirals, waves, breath, and grounding. 🌾 FAMO Basics (Wednesdays 16:30–17:30) A drop-in introduction to FAMO Fascia Movement®. Accessible, curious, and embodied — perfect if you’re new to fascia-based movement. 🌿 Roll & Reset (Thursdays 18:30–19:45) My signature blend of rolling, breath, gentle fascia work, and a touch of restorative support. A weekly nervous-system reset. 🌿 FAMO Saturday Reset (Saturdays 9:00–10:15) A nourishing weekend practice to unwind, restore mobility, and reset after the week. Spacious, grounding, and exploratory. All classes are designed to support movement, breath, fascia, and nervous-system regulation — helping you move into the new year with more ease, clarity, and resilience. ✨ Registration is open 📍 YogaPlace, Brønshøj 🔗 Link in bio for details & booking by @yogahronn
