What might blossom when you give yourself the space to breathe and create? 🌻

Join me and @path.to.ethereal for Bloom and Breathe: A Yoga and Botanical Art Workshop

On Friday, June 6 at @alchemyyoga, we’ll move gently through a breath-led yoga practice and then create a beautiful, blooming reflection of self-love, inner peace, and seasonal growth.

During the art portion of this workshop, you’ll design a botanical creation to honor your personal growth and reconnect with what’s blooming within you. Watercolors and pressed and dried flowers will be available to you.

✨ Yoga + guided meditation + journaling
✨ Watercolor & botanical art
✨ Tea, treats, and intentional connection

📍Acton, MA
🗓 Friday, June 6 | 6–8:30 PM
💐 $55 Early Bird (through May 30)
💫 $65 after May 30
