A little pinch-us moment! 🙏🏼

As this year ends, we feel so grateful for how much YogicEscape has grown.

We started with only 1 location, and now we have 2 and we are still growing.

We began with 40 classes, and today we offer 100+ We had only 12 teachers, and now we are a family of 50+ teachers. We can’t believe it. 💛

Thank you, dear community, for your trust, love, and support. You are the reason we grow. Here’s to new beginnings and even more to come. 🤍

With love, YE Community 🙏

Why do we give back? 💛

Because yoga is not just about what happens on the mat it’s about how we show up in the world.

At YogicEscape, 5% of every booking and class goes to support a small school in rural India. This school takes care of 75+ children, offering them books, meals, and the gift of education.

Twice a year, we visit in person bringing not just supplies, but also yoga, meditation, and lots of love. ✨

Every time you join a class, you’re not just investing in yourself—you’re also helping light up a child’s future.

Thank you for being part of this journey.

To the beautiful community we’ve built at Yogicescape, thank you for being a part of this journey. ❤️

Every session, every conversation, every smile and every person who has been with us has made this community what it is today.

As we get closer to 2027, we’re taking a moment to look back, feel it all and be grateful for everything we’ve shared.

Thank you for showing up, growing with us and making Yogicescape feel like a family.

Here’s to more learning, healing and growing together. 💛

What if yoga was never just about the poses, but about the way you live, breathe, and connect with yourself? 🤍

It’s in the quiet moments when you choose peace over chaos, gratitude over worry, and presence over distraction. It’s in the way you nourish your body, honour your emotions, and give yourself permission to simply be.

Berlin has plenty to taste. Here’s your reminder to truly savour it.

Put the phone away. Take a breath. Notice the flavours. Let yourself enjoy the moment.

Because mindfulness doesn’t end when you roll up your yoga mat.

When we look at viral wellness trends on social media , we believe that it is correct and it might help everyone, but most of the time the information available on the internet isn’t the best way to help your body.

@nehaprana_berlin debunks some viral wellness trends and is hosting a very detailed Ayurveda Training on 17th Oct 2026 where you can learn your doshas, build your routine as per ayurveda, learn rituals and self care for mind body and soul.
