Life has its way of pulling us in every direction, testing our strength and resolve. Through it all, yoga has been my anchor.. the constant that steadies me when everything feels uncertain. It’s not just poses.. it’s where I return to myself, where I can find my breath again, no matter how heavy the storm. Through thick and thin, my practice has been my safe haven, and I know it always will be. 📸 The Talented @l4mphead 🙏🏻 Thank you More pics to come 🥳 by @yogidali

“We are mortal clay, and we return to dust. All cultures recognize this truth, but nowadays we treat it as a mere metaphor. It is more than that. As you explore your own body, you are in fact exploring this element of nature itself. You are also developing the qualities of earth within yourself: solidity, shape, firmness, and strength.” - BKS Iyengar 📸 @l4mphead 🙏🏻 by @yogidali
