🐚 The worst part about eating at the #1 rated fine dining restaurant in Western NY 🗽 is when your best friend (the ultra marathon champion athlete🏃🏽) is the head chef 🧑🏽‍🍳, because he only lets you pay for your wine 🥂 I made sure to overtip the wait staff to make up for it 🤫

I ate with a blindfold on 🙈 and ear plugs in 🙉 and it changed my life ✍🏽 Visit @shellrestaurant 🐚 in Rochester, NY and it will change your life too 🤝

Run by World Class Chef, Chef Cruz @crz7 and his incredible partner Diana @diana.tabachuk 💞 . Food is affordable now — get there before they get a Michelin Star ⭐

Before the music. Before the workshops. Before the dancing.

We gather in a circle and write down one thing we hope to experience during the weekend.

No names. No pressure. Just honest intentions.

At the closing circle, we revisit those notes together.
It's one of our favorite traditions and one that reminds us how much can change in just one weekend. ❤️

🌟 What would you write?

250 years of pain, healing, growth, and identity issues. People worry too much about what it says about them if they say they are proud to be an American. People forget the United States of America is not a country — it is a people. Through love and faith, these people can define reality. Disconnect from the hate that lives on your social media feed. Wander, touch some grass, and tell your neighbor "I love you, and I would die to protect you." ❤️‍🔥🦅 by @yogiravezaddy

30 days on. 1 (half) day off for family. My 20's were about proving to myself that if I worked hard enough I could buy everything I ever wanted. So I did. And I traveled the world. "Work hard, play harder"... big whoop 👋 30 has brrn recognizing those things were nice, but what I truly enjoyed was the process. I had become addicted to winning.

I work 100 hours a week. The worst part of being human — losing productivity to sleep. I've been doing my best to spend my waking hours doing high authority work and building task lists for AI agents to churn thru while I sleep. I'm not making this post to brag. I'm making this to tell you guys why you haven't seen ⚡ZEUS⚡ lately and why you likely won't for a long while.

I wholeheartedly believe that with advancements in AI the ability to accumulate wealth will in the near future completely disappear. I'll be DAMNED if I get caught on the wrong side of that door 🙅🏼

I'm not afraid of not enjoying my youth. Through my plant-based diet, supplements, yoga, meditation, and sobriety, I have effectively halted my aging process (according to my doctors). Look at my old man. I need to one up him. I am investing EVERYTHING into myself now, so when everything DOES come crashing down — I'lll own a 500 acre organic farm where I raise chickens and make dubstep 🕺 by @yogiravezaddy

Reflecting on 30 years: 20 was all about taking pleasure, enjoying freedom, then healing trauma. 30 is all about locking in and building a legacy. But those 30's don't come without Faith. If you see me this year, know you're one of the special ones. by @yogiravezaddy

My forever Valentine ❣️
