💻 Sitting at a desk all day? Your body needs a little movement too.

✨ A quick flow to stretch, move, and get out of that sitting-all-day mode.

🤍 Save this one for your next screen break and give yourself a few minutes to move. Your body will thank you!

Our kind of witchcraft is called sound healing. ✨

🔮 The otherworldly power of sound, vibrations that move through us, shift our energy, and remind us that a little magic can be found in the things we feel, not just the things we see.

🖤 A little sound magic never hurt anyone.

Happy Halloween, witches! 🌙

🎶 Sweet G# with the high notes makes this pan so dreamy.

Have you ever heard part of a song or a sound that instantly gave you chills? ✨

That reaction has always fascinated me because it’s such a clear reminder that sound isn’t only something we hear. The body responds too.

Sometimes it’s the build-up.

Sometimes it’s an unexpected note.

Sometimes it’s a sound that brings back a memory before you even realize what’s happening.

The more I study and work with sound, the more interested I become in that relationship between vibration, emotion, the brain, and the body.

There’s still so much we’re learning, and that’s part of what makes this work so interesting to me.

Next time a sound gives you goosebumps, notice what was happening right before it.

✨ Stop waiting for happiness to find you. What if you started practicing it instead?

🌞 Happiness can be found in the little things. Moving your body, laughing with friends, getting outside, dancing in your living room, taking a deep breath, or doing something just because it makes you feel good.

🤍 You don’t need everything in your life to be perfect to experience joy. You can make space for it right here, right now, even in the middle of the messy stuff.

🌿 Happiness isn’t always a destination. Sometimes, it’s a practice.

So what’s one thing you can do today that makes you feel more alive?

💃 The Dance of Shiva, or Nataraja shows the cosmic cycle of creation, preservation, and destruction. Shiva dances the universe into being, keeps it going, and dissolves it so it can be reborn.

A little recap of the learning, the sounds, the practice, and the connections made along the way. 🎶

✨ Sound Healing School is about so much more than learning to play instruments. It’s about understanding the science behind sound, exploring vibration, and learning how to create intentional sound experiences for others.

A heartfelt thank you to @imayogastudio and @namosanctuary , the Gong Home of Miami, for holding space for this journey and creating an environment where learning, exploration, and connection could unfold. 🤍

🌀 Grateful for everyone who showed up, shared their energy, and became part of this experience.

💚 Here’s to continuing to learn, grow, and make some beautiful noise together.

Sound, movement, breath, and art come together for a unique experience at @superblue.art . ✨

Through guided breathwork, movement, singing bowls, chimes, handpans, and special musical guests, we create a space to slow down, reconnect, and experience sound in a whole new way.

More than a sound healing session, it’s an invitation to connect with yourself, with others, and with the present moment. 🤍

🌊 The next experience is October 15 at Superblue Miami.

Come experience it for yourself! 🎶✨

There’s so much more to sound healing than learning how to play the instruments.

It’s understanding how sound moves through the body, how to build a journey, how the nervous system responds, and how the emerging science can actually inform the way we work with sound.

Sound Healing School is where we get into all of that, with lots of hands-on practice and real experience along the way.

If you’ve been wanting to go deeper with sound, this is a really beautiful place to start.
