Said it before and we’ll say it again, we’ve been so stoked to just be a part of this . The weather really pushed to become a problem for the day but in spite of that people just kept rolling in . It was awesome to stand back and watch a few small ideas come to fruition and blossom into what it became.

Firstly, Massive shoutouts to Haydo and Ash (the muscle behind @drive.in.and.drop.it ) you two should be super proud of what you guys have made with the event and we’re looking forward to see what you guys get done next year .. also a massive shoutout to their amazing group of mates that volunteered on the day , running around , directing traffic, selling tickets all over and just getting shit done , amazing work ♥️

Many many thanks to Tom Leech from @adsoar not only for the venue but for being so great to work with and super accommodating for the needs of the show. Between himself and all the volunteers involved we appreciate it immensely ..

Thank you to every sponsor/vendor supporting the day and every single person that braved the weather , Entrants and spectators . It was an awesome view watching the crowds floating around the airfield enjoying the amazing Cars on display, we hope everyone else enjoyed the genre mix also. all meanwhile the donation kitty for @blackdoginst grew ♥️

@drive.in.and.drop.it is only a month away . We’re super stoked on how this is coming together and just being a part of the event . Again they said it best , show organisers can only do so much when it comes to making a show good, it’s up to you guys to bring out your cool stuff and good attitudes 😁 .

This is yet another reminder to slap your shit together and come out for a rad day , for a good cause and just purely so we can add another day to the calendar were South Australia can get together and show of their stuffs. We’re all screaming for decent events , let’s do it 🥰

@morbid.media_ for the poster yet again just being rad ❤️‍🔥 ♥️ by @yokubo_org

Head over to @drive.in.and.drop.it ‘s page and show some love .. flyer designed by @jasmineerae_ ft @bencamber ‘s Nav 😍

Just a recap -
We managed to secure the Gawler airfield for the event venue and we’re beyond stoked to help put on this show and try something a little different . We hope to bring all the good jdm vibes to pair nicely with the goodness of what Drive in and drop bring to the table.

Saturday the 6th of May being the show date , all money from entires, raffles and sponsors will be donated to the black dog institute. The Adelaide soaring club will have small aircraft and gliders on display and will be hosting flights in either throughout the day for a fee.

You also have the option to stay the night . Perfect for the interstate boys and girls , the gliding club will be throwing on a bbq at night and also has a nice little licensed Bevie area for us 👌🏻 . Car show , chuck a swag/tent out , have a few bevies and shoot the shit over of the day had 🥰

If you’ve got any questions what so ever about any extra details , sponsors/ trade stalls don’t hesitate to hit up @drive.in.and.drop.it in fact head over to their page regardless and check out what they’re about 🤎 spread the word , let’s make this thing good 😁

Our boi @mekanik_matisse stepped over to the dark side and into this gem 😍 .. this pretty R32 gts4 sedan is now dedicated rear wheel drive, is powered by a Rb25det, runs on e85, makes 303rwkw, puts it down through a 25 box followed by a gtr 4.3 diff and shafts 🔥 to say I’m personal jealous is an understatement but well done man 🤎 super stoked for you

Sound on 🔊 . I can’t believe we’ve dropped the ball so bad and let a whole year go by with out hosting a takeover ( not to be mistaken with silly intersection antics) .. let this be another kick in the arse to get your cars together . 2023 we’re gonna host things baby
