Regulating but also sometimes slightly losing my 💩 over it for you. 😉 We got this. #therapissed by @youbluprint

It’s a delicate balance… 😉 by @youbluprint

Situationships can be the hardest to let go of… not because they were so solid, but because they never fully were.

You’re not grieving what was — you’re grieving what it could have been.

There’s no clear ending. No real closure. Just unfinished conversations, almost-moments, and potential that never got the chance to play out.

And the hardest part?
You usually walk away when everything still feels exciting, when the connection is still building… when the “what ifs” are louder than the reality.

That kind of ending can keep you stuck.

But clarity doesn’t come from waiting for them to define it.
It comes from you deciding what you deserve.

✨ You don’t have to stay in confusion to feel chosen. by @youbluprint

The way you speak to yourself shapes everything.

Your confidence.
Your relationships.
Your decisions.
Your ability to go after what you actually want.

Negative self-talk isn’t just “in your head” — it quietly runs the show.

If you’ve been stuck in cycles of doubt, overthinking, or not feeling like you’re enough… this is exactly where we start.

Me but Better is where you learn how to:
✨ Rewire the way you talk to yourself
✨ Build real, grounded self-esteem (not just temporary confidence)
✨ Show up as the version of you you know you can be

Because when your relationship with yourself changes… everything else follows.

You don’t need to become someone else.
You just need to come back to you — without the noise.

Happy International Women’s Day!

So grateful for the love, passion, fearlessness & creativity of women everywhere ✨ by @youbluprint

Affirmations aren’t magic. 🧠 They’re neuroscience.

If your brain doesn’t believe what you’re saying, it will quietly reject it.

Saying “I am wildly confident” when you feel anxious doesn’t rewire you — it can actually create more internal resistance.

The right way to do affirmations so your brain believes you:

✨ Make them believable, not delusional.
Instead of “I’m completely confident,” try:
“I am learning to trust myself in new situations.”

✨ Anchor them to evidence.
Your brain loves proof. Add:
“Because I handled that hard conversation last week.”

✨ Use present-progress language.
“I’m becoming…”
“I’m practicing…”
“I’m building…”

✨ Repeat them when you’re regulated, not spiraling.
A calm nervous system encodes new beliefs faster.

Affirmations work when they feel like a stretch — not a lie.

Your brain isn’t stubborn. It’s protective.
Work with it. 💛 by @youbluprint

💭 Missing them doesn’t automatically mean they were right for you.
Sometimes it just means your brain is replaying the highlights and skipping the hard parts.

After heartbreak, nostalgia can feel like love.
✨But peace usually feels quieter — and way less dramatic.

🧠 Dating patterns aren’t random. They’re reflections.

Low self-worth doesn’t sound like “I don’t deserve love.” It looks like confusion, chasing clarity, and calling anxiety chemistry.

✨ When self-esteem shifts, dating gets quieter. Less chasing. Less guessing. More choosing.
That’s where detachment actually begins.

💖 You can love deeply without losing yourself in the process.

If something only works when you’re quieter, easier, and endlessly understanding… that’s not love. That’s self-sacrifice on autopilot.

✨ Real self-worth isn’t about giving more. It’s about knowing when not to.

🚧 Boundaries aren’t you being “too much.”
They’re you finally teaching your nervous system that you’re not abandoning yourself anymore.

😌 Gratitude helps.
🚫 Forced positivity doesn’t.

If you’re telling yourself to “stay positive” while you’re hurting, you’re not healing. You’re suppressing.

✨ Your nervous system doesn’t calm down from cute quotes. It calms down when emotions are actually felt.

You can be grateful and still struggling.
That’s not negativity. That’s emotional maturity.

📅 A new year doesn’t magically fix what you were still working through in December and the rest of the year.

The calendar resets. Your patterns don’t.

✨ Real transformation isn’t loud or instant. It’s built through awareness, repetition, and choosing differently in small moments that no one sees.

🌱 Growth is quiet, nonlinear, and often uncomfortable — and that doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.

If you’re still figuring things out, you’re not behind.
You’re human. And you’re in it.
