Way More than just a ls swap! 🛠️ freshly rebuilt ls6 in house , upgraded the cam and valvetrain, and installed a Holley Terminator X Max EFI system.

From the fuel system, custom wiring, cooling, and Vintage Air A/C to hydroboost brakes, CTS-V2 6-piston front brakes, rear disc conversion, and Dakota Digital electronics, we modernized this el co from front to back.

Full EFI setup with Radlok connectors throughout the car, extended factory body harness for a clean wire tuck, all hoses are AN including upper and lower radiator hoses aswell as heater hose lines

🔊 We also revamped the entire audio setup, including custom amp racks with LED lighting and door handles with leds. Few more things to button up before she hit the highway for break in👨🏽‍🔧🫡

BUILD IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. by @youngsaap

Quick tech tip for sheet-metal LS intakes🔧

I often see cars running Holley efi systems and having the mat sensor installed in the cold air intake tube🤦🏽‍♂️This intake comes with 3 1/8 NPT ports, but the Holley style MAT sensor uses 3/8-18 NPT threads. I enlarged one of the provided ports, drilled it to the proper size, and carefully tapped it for the MAT sensor.

Mounting the sensor directly in the intake manifold allows it to read the actual air temperature entering the engine after the throttle body, its especially important for proper fueling and tuning.

Take your time keep the tap straight use cutting fluid, and clean every metal shaving out of the intake before installation. #YoungsAutoAndPerformance #LSswap #LSEngine #LSBuild #HolleyEFI TerminatorX MATsensor IATsensor SheetMetalIntake Fabrication DrillAndTap EngineBuilding PerformanceShop AutomotiveTips ChevyPerformance by @youngsaap
