pov: this is your winter in Lapland 🇫🇮

husky safari, outdoor jacuzzi & cozy cabin all day long ❄

Lapland in winter? NO THANKS, it’s pitch black and -30°C” 🥶
I hear this ALL the time... and I get it.
But let me show you what winter in Lapland REALLY looks like 👇

📌 SAVE this for your winter trip & SEND it to the person you want to see Northern Lights with ✨

Polar nights are NOT just darkness. The sky explodes in pastel pinks, purples and blues for hours. It’s called blue hour and it’s the most magical light I’ve ever seen. And yes, everything is covered in snow like in a movie.

What you CAN’T miss in Finnish Lapland:

✨ Sleep under the stars (and aurora!) in a glass-roof cabin
💚 Chase the Northern Lights - they are even more unreal in real life
🐾 Husky safari through silent, snowy forests
🦌 Reindeer sleigh ride + meeting real Sami reindeer herders
🎅 Rovaniemi & the official Santa Claus Village - cross the Arctic Circle!
❄️ Snowmobile over frozen lakes - pure adrenaline
🧊 Sleep or have dinner in a hotel made entirely of ice and snow
🔥 Finnish sauna ritual + ice dip in a frozen lake
🎣 Ice fishing like a local
⛷️ Skiing in Levi, Ylläs or Saariselkä with empty slopes
📸 That dreamy blue hour light = your best winter photos ever
🚗 Road trip tip: Don’t just stay in Rovaniemi. Drive to Levi, Saariselkä & Inari for the real Arctic magic.

WHEN to go?

• DECEMBER - for the ultimate Christmas fairytale
• JANUARY - my personal favorite! The most intense polar light colors + full winter wonderland
• FEB-MARCH - more daylight for adventures and still amazing Northern Lights!

So, would you brave the cold for this? ☃️

DM me & I’ll send you the link ✨

the coziest cabin we found in Lapland 🇫🇮 hidden deep in the woods, just snow-covered trees and this view.

It has a tiny kitchen, sauna and a jacuzzi under the northern lights. We paid 150€ per night for this little cabin in the woods.

if Lapland is on your list this winter, save this one. i’d recommend it 1000 times!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place… but only early in the morning 😬 It gets insanely busy later in the day. 🇹🇷 Have you ever been?

A core memory we will never forget 🇫🇮

three of us on a sled, frozen forests, reindeer rides, sleeping under the lights in a glass igloo and finally seeing the northern lights — with the smallest explorer in a purple snowsuit ☃️
