My first BRAINTRUST group has wrapped up a year of achievements and I couldn’t be more proud!!!! 🧠⚡️

An intentional and fulfilling group concept curated by @upasnagautam has allowed me to bring this model to Dallas and share this with others.

Every month we meet to discuss personal/professional goals, struggles, ideas and more importantly reflect on our WHY so we stay focused on what really matters. 4 extremely busy and talented individuals made time even through the chaos to show up for themselves.

A transformative experience for all of us and I am so excited to watch them flourish 🥳

📣 ANNOUNCEMENT 📣
I’m opening up 3 spaces for a new Braintrust group starting this fall to grow with other like minded individuals. In a judgement free zone we hold each other accountable and use our combined resources to lift one another up. DM if you’re interested (must be Dallas based).

Wait, that’s me!! 👀

SO grateful to be featured in @voyagedallas for its September feature!! I got to talk about my why for starting the podcast and what it means to be able to speak up for women who may have experienced similar situations.

My goal will always to bring light to topics that are afraid to be talked about while building confidence in oneself. I’m only trying to be a better version of myself and it’s been scary yet exciting to be able to share it with my community!

Can’t wait for everything ahead 🥰✨🌷🧚🏽🥳

Why was this so much harder than we expected hahahaha, YouTube videos couldn’t help our sticky sushi rice that was apparently “too sticky” 🤣

Not terrible for our first time but we will definitely be needing a redo soon. The 30th bucket list is bleeding into my 30th year of life because life gets so busy OKAY!!

If you have any tips plz drop them ⬇️
