“I’m so proud of you, you overcame so much.”

Words I’ve heard so many times lately that they almost don’t even feel real anymore…

Because when I think about everything I had to overcome, all I could focus on was making it to this day since 2013…

GRADUATION DAY!!!! 🎓✨

This is so much deeper than a degree for me.
I am honored to be a proud FIRST GENERATION GRADUATE!!!!!

The legacy I’ve been taught to build, lead, and leave is truly just beginning…

I told my oldest daughter:
“If you don’t remember anything else from this day, remember that Mommy told you that you can do absolutely anything you want in life, no matter how long it takes to achieve it.”

My mission, My why, My motivation,
My resilience, My discipline, My strength,
and My love…
They are all so much bigger than me!

Legacy takes time! ⏳
Pressure made a BOSS!! 💪🏽💎✨

A wise man once told me:
“Win, lose, or draw, I did it my way.”

The first, NOT the last.
Mama… I did it. 🥹💛✨

GHOE 2026 was one for the books!!!
The BIG 100th at that! 🐶💙💛

NC A&T will forever be a home I hold dear to my heart! Though I only attended for 2 years, made a lot of mistakes, and did not graduate from there, I gained a family that money could never buy!!!!

From the many life lessons learned, connections that are truly indescribable, and a confidence that was EARNED NEVER GIVEN!
A&T paved a way for me that I didn’t truly understand until this year… It’s not about how you start, but always about how you finish!!!

One day I’ll have MY degree from NCAT, in the meanwhile this Masters is currently cooking with a 4.0 GPA!

Always see it through, and know that’s it’s not on you, it’s in you!!!! 💪🏽🫶🏽✨

Once more, Happy GHOE everybody!!!!!!

Before you get offended… Hear me out 😂

You’d probably feel a way if someone referred to something you’ve worked hard to build as your
“little business”

Let me ask you something…

Are YOU treating it like one? 👀

*Marketing only when things get slow
*Waiting on referrals instead of creating new opportunities
*Putting off the systems you know you need
*Sitting on ideas instead of executing them
*Doing everything yourself because you haven’t built the structure to delegate
*Wanting growth without having an actual strategy for it

You can’t expect BIG business results while giving your business little strategy, little consistency, and leftover attention!

Also, if you’re still calling it ⬇️
“this little business idea I have…”
Yes, I’m talking to you too! 😂

At some point, “I’m thinking about starting” has to become “I started”!

Take your vision seriously enough to build it like you expect it to become something BIG, because it will!

When you read this thinking, damn… She might be talking to me

I am! 😏

I currently have 2 consulting spots open for aspiring and existing business owners who are ready to build, grow, and execute differently. 2️⃣✨

If I’m being honest, today took a little more effort than usual.

Not because I didn’t know what needed to be done.
Not because I didn’t have the time…

I just didn’t feel like it! 😮‍💨

I’ve learned that the person I want to become isn’t built only on the days when everything feels easy. She’s built on the days when showing up requires a little extra intention!

So I showed up…

Not perfectly, not with endless energy, just with a commitment to keep moving forward.

The older I get, the more I realize that consistency isn’t about being motivated every day. It’s about keeping the promises you make to yourself, especially on the days when nobody else would know if you didn’t. 😉

One workout.
One choice.
One step forward.

Today, that was enough. 🤍

Keep going, I’m proud of you!!! 🫂💪🏽✨

Some people will misunderstand your confidence, your growth, your boundaries, your ambition, or your evolution…
That’s okay, Let them!

I’ve learned that shrinking yourself to fit into spaces you’ve outgrown only delays the life you’re meant to build.

I’m walking into every season as myself!
Fully, boldly, and unapologetically.
It is what it is 😘✨

A day in my life lately… 🤭
Long walks. Good food. Fresh flowers. Discipline in the gym. Quiet moments. Genuine connection. Peace. 🤍

*Yes this was all in one day, plus work, and being a mom*

I’ve learned that the life you desire is built in the small moments too… The moments where you choose yourself, choose growth, choose healing, choose discipline, and choose gratitude even while you’re still building! 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Everything I’ve been praying for is divinely showing up through consistency, faith, and intentional living.

The beautiful part is… You can create that kind of life too!
Not a perfect life, a fulfilling one. A peaceful one.
A life that actually feels good to wake up to! 🌞

If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck and start building the version of your life you truly desire, that’s exactly what I help people do. DM me “GROWTH” 🌱

Everyone wants the big moment.
The breakthrough.
The overnight transformation.

Real growth usually looks a lot less exciting than people think.

It looks like:
Showing up consistently, Repeating the basics, Staying disciplined, & stacking small wins every single day!

That’s how confidence is built.
That’s how businesses grow.
That’s how lives change.

Most people are looking for a shortcut when what they really need is structure and strategy.

As a strategic growth partner, I help businesses identify gaps, improve systems, strengthen customer experience, and create sustainable growth through execution.

Growth without structure eventually collapses.

Happy Mother’s Day!

I acknowledge and admire all of the mamas who still make room for themselves to BLOOM!

Believe it or not , this growth and development also enriches our children!

I hope you continue to make room for yourself mama! You deserve it! by @yourmsjones

May 1st.
Not a reset, a decision.

Future me isn’t just more confident…
She’s more intentional.

Kind to herself while she’s still growing.
Kind to others, even when it’s not returned.

Not because it’s easy, because it’s power.

Choose who you’re going to be this month, and stand on it!!!!
