Enabling 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 is my superpower ✨

I find joy in seeing young people engage in continuous learning and development. Their eagerness to learn something new, their willingness to put their best foot forward for every opportunity they pursue, and their persistence to keep trying, despite rejection inspire me to continue my mission.

Resource sourcing, or whatever you may call it, is 𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧, because I truly believe in the transformative 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴. I believe that even one opportunity used strategically can change someone's life, and I take that responsibility seriously.

✨ 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗥𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: No matter the industry you're in right now or envisioning for the future, my encouragement to you is to 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲. Look above and beyond. See what's trending in your particular industry, the areas that are making significant progress, and also those that are declining or heavily impacted by AI or technology. Look at new roles that are being created in your industry. Consider ways to adapt and upskill. Start building your career portfolio (include every little experience you may have, it matters). Keep improving yourself.

I do understand you may have your own unique challenges but wherever you are, there are opportunities. Don't lose hope, don't give up, keep seeking, keep searching, be very intentional about reaching out, don't ever be afraid to ask questions, think big and outside the box, never stop learning, and always remember you're not alone on this journey. 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗚𝗢𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦! 💪✨
