HOW BOUT THAT GNOCCHI, HUH?

Last night was an incredibly special time at our very first Sunday Table! Chef Dora brought her talent and magic to the kitchen and made some of the most memorable bites a lot of us will be talking about for a while 🥵

It has been so fun getting to know @yudisfoodies beyond the kitchen and we feel honored to have her share her talent and magic with us. Her love and passion for food and gathering reminded us why we do what we do!

Thank you again to everyone who joined us for this wonderful evening! by @yudisfoodies

We want to give a warm welcome to our 2026 seasonal Chef at Fable Farm, Dora McFadden! @yudisfoodies

“I am a South Florida native who studied Global Culinary Studies and Hospitality at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. After graduating, I spent 10 years in Chicago working alongside Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs, shaping my approach to food and service.

Three years ago, I moved to Orlando to broaden my focus within hospitality. Since then, I’ve worked in a farm-to-table restaurant while growing my private chef business, hosting supper clubs, and pop-ups.

I’m passionate about learning, evolving, and creating meaningful guest experiences, and I’m excited to bring that energy to Fable Farm!!”

Come and get a taste of what Dora has to offer this summer and fall at Feast & Field Thursdays, Tasting Room Saturdays, and select events through October! by @yudisfoodies

Twelve seats available, menu coming soon! by @yudisfoodies

Sunday, August 25th was a beautiful evening spent celebrating culture and community surrounded by warmth, laughter and lively music. My intention with hosting these communal style prix fixe dinners is to encourage folks from different backgrounds and all walks of life to join together in celebrating life’s precious moments. I couldn’t think of a more thoughtful way to share my gratitude than through my connection with food.

Summer is nearly over and when reflecting on how I spent mine I feel satisfied, and while the majority of my time was occupied with cooking and taking care of others I feel fulfilled because everyday I wake up and do what I love most. Thank you to everyone involved in this dinner 🫶🏾

tables are my favorite piece of furniture — a place to nosh and booze, plan lunch dates, a place to stare absentmindedly all while sinking into your favorite chair. some adorned with bouquets and mismatching coasters, others littered with mail, backpacks and toys but always enough room for a plate of food. for arms outstretched in the center for a toast, heads bowing down in prayer, hands reaching for the very last bite.

a community table — where friends and strangers alike rejoice, because if anything else matters besides food, its an experience. message me for any/all private dining inquires 🤳🏾

meet the chef — i’m dora, a south florida native who after living in chicago for almost a decade has decided to relocate back to florida specifically orlando to be a part of this communities ever-evolving service industry. i graduated from the cia (culinary institute of america) in new york with a degree in global culinary studies and have been fortunate enough to work alongside michelin starred chefs. from farm to table style restaurants to prix fixed dinners, i’ve done it all.

i grew up in an american-caribbean 🇻🇮 household with a grandmother who was a phenomenal chef and made sure i understood the responsibilities of feeding others ethically while considering the economical, social and environmental impact of consumerism. everyday i am learning — from composting, forced labor, diversity and inclusion in the workplace especially in leadership roles to animal welfare, environmental sustainability and working closely with local purveyors.
