🌳 I speak for the trees! And the trees say: Go ice your knees 😭 I run for the children! To advocate for youth nutrition, physical movement and healthy planet initiatives ~ 🌳

What did I learn?
👟: That people will judge regardless. So be iconic and do iconic things ~ ALSO this is better than running from my problems AND it’s for many great charities!! 😗😛

🏃🏻‍♀️ From a 5k in nursing shoes to a half marathon as the Lorax… idk why I decided this tbh 😛 #dedicated
Shoutout to my friends that ran with me this past weekend!!!

Introducing Miss Grand North Carolina 2026 🏁✨

Yukina Nguyen is a woman who embraces the richness of her diverse cultural background while honoring the values of resilience, compassion, and perseverance in every aspect of her life.

Driven by a passion for education, service, and personal growth, Yukina strives to make a positive impact wherever she goes. Whether caring for patients, pursuing her studies, volunteering within her community, or competing on the pageant stage, her mission remains the same: to leave every place and every person a little better than she found them.

As a proud sister of Alpha Phi Gamma, she believes that women can be both ambitious and kind, strong and gentle, leaders and caretakers.

Through her journey, Yukina hopes to inspire others to pursue their dreams unapologetically while remaining grounded in service, purpose, and the meaningful connections they create along the way. She believes that our experiences have the power to become a source of strength, not only for ourselves, but for those we inspire. by @yujihn_ng

New Miss Gilberts Illinois account —> @missgilbertsil

❤️ Surprise! Continuing my pageant journey, I am going to compete in Miss Illinois at Large as Miss Gilberts! I would love everyone here to support me in this journey as we utilize our platforms together and tackle through the challenges in the world today.
With my love for children and having a background in healthcare and education, let’s get all these children across the country fed with nutritious foods. It is an honor for me to educate those online the importance of nutrition especially in the development of growing children. Thank you everyone for your encouragement and I cannot wait to show you what I can do as a woman in the world!

❤️ If you haven’t already, there is a link in my bio for my spotfund to support me @missilorg !

Thank you to my photographer for getting these absolutely lovely photos! I had such a fun session!!

👑 As a woman, I refuse to be silenced no matter who tries to keep me quiet. Stand for what you believe in, even if mistakes were made. Learn from them and keep growing!

👗: Inspired by the scenic North Carolina Coast

🌏 My first ever GRAND experience… wow. Let me tell you, what happens behind the scenes was a life changing experience. A whole new chapter of my life and journey all right there. Lessons learned, memories made, confidence boosted and experience gained!!

Thank you everyone for your support of my journey back to pageantry again. It means so much to me, especially going through the hardships that I went through within the past year. As always, I will work hard to represent well on stage and give my 100% even if there are obstacles in the way. Remember, to always believe in yourself and do whatever your heart’s content as long as it does not harm yourself or others. Please continue to support me next year throughout this journey of growth and self-love. I hope to have inspired you all to believe in yourself and do the things that is potentially out of your comfort zone to better yourself though adventure and find your truest potential while playing a part of the world that we live in together. Maybe you might find things that you didn’t expect ~ that’s the fun in life!!
