🔑 Creating & Exploiting Space To create space, you must have the courage to attract and invite pressure. Invite the press. Don’t avoid it. Your first touch is the key. Your body shape, your tempo, your direction. That’s what draws opponents in. When they step, space opens somewhere else. Then • Mix short passes to draw them in • Use mid-range passes to shift their block • Use long to drop their line deep to create space in front of you. Manipulate the opposition. Move them before you move the ball forward. by @yuta_gk

The day passion meets purpose. 🧤 by @yuta_gk
Football is constantly evolving -and so is goalkeeping, and goalkeeper training. Ultimately, our job is to keep the ball out of the net, but doing that requires rapid decision-making in a split second and executing the right technique at the right moment. My job is to provide our goalkeepers with a strong habit-based foundation, as well as game-day environments that force them to think, adapt, and solve the problems that arise. Beyond proud of @huntmorse_20 , @kash.oladapo , and @camdenclark11 for building a strong foundation for the Hearts of Pine goalkeeper department. 🧤 by @yuta_gk
A season full of ups and downs — wins, losses, countless pre-and-post-game, IDP, and individual meetings. Every moment was a chance to grow and learn. Extremely fortunate to have shared thousands of hours on and off the pitch with such an incredible group of goalkeepers. Grateful for every step of the journey. Now playoff here we come! Up the hearts! by @yuta_gk
