Something new, built on everything that’s already been working.

Yuzu is about balance, thoughtful food, a steady pace, a space that lets you settle in.

This next version just brings that into focus, with a clearer identity that matches the way we cook, plate, and show up every day.

Same kitchen, same attention to detail, now with a new name 🍊✨

Whether it’s the top notch sushi or the Wagyu beef on hot stone, this place has it all. Did I mention they have a section just from the wok with many delectable dishes. Watch and see just some of there amazing dishes and let me know where you want to see next. by @yuzu_bk

Yuzu

There are a lot of factors that go into whether or not I’ll enjoy a night out at a restaurant and, I’ll be honest, the food is not on top of the list.

I don’t blame the restaurants, because I know what costs are for them, and how difficult it is to turn a profit. But the reality is, eating out is just expensive. And because of that, the expectations we put on those meals becomes significantly greater.

The question we ask ourselves at the end of the meal isn’t, “did I enjoy the food?” Instead, it becomes “was that meal worth the price?” And that’s a much different assessment.

Then you have to factor in all the other things, like is the menu interesting? Am I getting the same food here that I get at every other place? Is there enough variety on the menu for a group to share a bunch of different items?

All of which is to say finding a place that’s a sit down restaurant, but still affordable feels like a burden removed. You can eat without having to make any cost benefit analysis.

Now obviously, everyone’s price points are different, and affordable doesn’t mean the same for everyone so if my assessment doesn’t apply to you I understand. by @yuzu_bk
