Military life means we often go with the flow, adapt to anything, live life in the moment, cherish our time together, and welcome lifeโ€™s little surprises. ๐Ÿค Looking forward to more excitement that life brings and I canโ€™t imagine it any other way. โœจ Coming August 2025 โœจ by @yvonneec_

What a remarkably fast and beautiful year it has been watching you grow alongside your two older brothers. ๐ŸŒฑ Keep being curious and wild baby boy! ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’š by @yvonneec_
Itโ€™s so hard to make sense of where all the time went and how quickly we got here but, they say โ€œTime flies when youโ€™re having funโ€. It truly has been the most rewarding experience to watch you grow up. You not only adapted every time we picked up and moved to a different state, but you flourished and grew with such a wide understanding and respect for others, always made friends so easily, and accepted any house as a home because we were together. You are one of the smartest and sweetest people I know. I love you, and I love being your mom. Keep being YOU, stay golden, and Happy 18th Birthday Aiden! ๐Ÿฉต๐Ÿฅน by @yvonneec_
The gym isnโ€™t only *my* getawayโ€ฆ itโ€™s a village, a community, a safe-space, a home, a family, and healthcare facility for me, my husband AND the kids. So glad our boys are comfortable in this space (even if they donโ€™t ALWAYS want to workout with me) ๐Ÿฉต Thanks again @jacquigetsjacked for the pics! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ by @yvonneec_

Always wish Iโ€™d taken more pics but the weekend is so busy and goes by so fast! Yes, we get to see some amazing athletes putting their fitness to the test at the Games, but being on the โ€œFan Experienceโ€ side of things is such a great reminder that the community is what keeps us going. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ On this 20th anniversary the fans that love the sport and the methodology so much that theyโ€™re out here throwing it down just like the athletes, doing hard things, and trying to be the best version of themselvesโ€ฆ not to mention a visit to the Ranch to see where it all started?! ๐Ÿคฉ So glad to be at โ€˜26 โ€œCrossFit Summer Campโ€ celebrating fitness, catching up with friends, and having the fam there for their first Games experience. Letโ€™s hope for a bigger and even better fitness celebration for year 21! ๐ŸŽ‰ by @yvonneec_

2025 PRs looked a little different but the outcome is one of the most rewarding. I get to be a mom of 3 beautiful and healthy boys. ๐Ÿฉต๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ by @yvonneec_
