Hi 🙋🏽‍♂️Floating through this tabletop grip on hoop 🏎️💨⭕️ This was a move I experimented and came up with 7 years ago, and now just going through the archive with better lines and control of my body 🥰

And the Oscar goes to… 🏆✨

An amazing crowd, a gorgeous venue, and dressed inspired by Oscar himself for my dance trapeze routine to @raye – Thank you so much for trusting my magic and inviting me back @ministryofburlesque @komedia_bath 😌

Special shoutout to @createdbysolomon for helping me with bits of this sequence & of course @michellechongcostume for making me look like a million bucks 💸 🪄🏅

SHOWREEL?

A new client asked for a showreel recently in a quick turnaround which I never really had, so here’s some amalgamation of bits I pulled together to sort of form that?

I always find it quite difficult to navigate what to put in, as each job is different: balancing presence and energy, or just a technical trick display, which hopefully should be inherent in all of your movement. I tend to send full acts instead as a better idea of who I am as an artist.

Anyway, here’s some sort of that ✨ Also, I think one of my strengths is act creation and I currently have a few clients that are working with me at the moment on it, just putting it again out there in the universe if you’re looking across all disciplines! Or tell me your thoughts on showreels! by @zackkattackked

Zaki is our house mother of all things aerial at the studio. You’ll find him teaching across pole, hoop and skills, or covering any of the other aerial disciplines. His kindness and experience create spaces where people feel safe and supported, but you better book fast, because those
spots fill up!

His favourite spot in the neighbourhood is BRIQ on Bethnal Green Road, where he’s become quite the regular. His top menu pick is the Kassundi jam chicken with potato rösti & fried egg. Though he also reports that they have banging croissants, quiches and desserts.

This is part of a series called Our People. Our Place. shot by studio regular and teacher @lizseabrook by @zackkattackked
