A massive thank you to everyone who has messaged to congratulate me on this collab! The team at @hotelindigodubai have been incredible and I am thrilled to have collaborated with them! I have one more little surprise up my sleeve though so hold on you guys because you’re gonna love the next post too 😂…it’s something to do with this food truck. We already have the truck and the cups…what item do you think is missing??? 😱😆💖

Oop look where it iiiiis 💁🏻‍♀️. My work will be featured for two weeks at @d3dubai , only the coolest creative hub in Dubai for designers, artists and entrepreneurs! A massive thank you to the legend that is @astridlesuisse and @elevisionmedia for making this happen. Astrid is one of the most down to earth, chill and fun art curator I have ever met! Such a sweetheart and I feel so blessed that she chose to showcase my art. Honestly you guys, I have to say…I feel super cute sipping on my matcha from Cambridge and seeing this all unfold in Dubai 😆💃🏻. I would like to take this moment to thank my family, my friends, my producers and coworkers; I love you, the make up team who always makes sure I look the part, and to everyone who believed in these swirls from day one. I wouldn’t be here without you ✨😂

Uh oh…she’s up to something again! 😅 I’m so excited to share that I have been selected as one of the artists to paint this massive panda in collaboration with @wildinart for the @panda.meander art trail in Cambridge! This lil homie will be raising vital funds for Addenbrook’s Hospital @actcharity to help make the new Cambridge Children’s Hospital a reality! Such a good cause…and he’s such a cutie! I cannot WAIT to start painting 🥹🖌️👩🏻‍🎨

Flowers x Arabic Abstract Calligraphy!
I’ve had two offers on this painting before being 50% done…which is a great sign I think! There’s text hidden within the flowers, which will soon be covered with gold leaf. There’s also 10+ flowers that need to be layered on. So I have quite a bit of work to do! I’m so grateful for the love you all show my work (and me for my close friends story girlies!! 🤭) When I first started off no one wanted to buy my paintings apart from family lol. It’s nice to see how far my work has come Alhamdulillah 🥹💖 I love you guys 🥰
Paint used: @winsorandnewton & @liquitexofficial Acrylic Paints (top two of my favourite brands!)

I had the honour of being invited to showcase my work at Cambridge Muslims College…or CMC as they call it! So naturally, I will be referring to it as CMC now too 💃🏻. The staff, students and Shuyukh are all so welcoming and polite…a truly wonderful experience to have had a private tour by the lovely Javeria too! But honestly you guys, I think I might have blacked out when talking to Sheikh Abdul Hakim Murad. Big shoutout to @ashaariazmanshah for taking a picture of us! I have no idea what I was saying tbh loloool. Such a humble and incredible sheikh, mashaAllah 🥹. And also…this place is massive! When I tell you I was SHOOKETH 😅. Alhamdulillah for the opportunity…I’m so thrilled to see my work going in the direction that I wished for it to go. Allah is ALWAYS the Most Merciful 🥹💖

Mr chef, you really ate with this one!! 🤏🏼 Also, I’ve got another little surprise up my sleeves that I can’t WAIT to share with you all but it must be on the down low for now…I can’t wait bamboozle you with what I’ve got up my sleeves though!! 🥹🤪🥳🥰

Being in the middle of creating a piece of art, not knowing how it will turn out, and just being present in the moment brings me an INCREDIBLE sense of peace. Just like life, I don’t know what’s coming my way lol…but you gotta have tawakkul (complete trust in God) that everything will be alright…and that’s where the beauty lies! The trust, and the process. I’m currently enjoying trusting the process of these two pieces of art and looking forward to adding another special project to the mix too 🥹✨Stay peaceful babies and never stop being kind to yourselves!!! 💖

Well this was a cute commission! A couple from New York recently reached out and commissioned a very special piece for their family. Surprise gifts for welcoming their first baby boy, Safee! 🥳 They wanted to get matching hats in these colours along with engraved necklaces for the women in their family. Such a sweet idea 🥹. Swipe to see the cutie patooties roaming around the streets of New York with my designs on their heads lolol. I LOVE commissions like this! #commissionedartwork #arabiccalligraphyart #contemporaryartist #modernislamicart #contemporaryislamicart by @zahragulraiz

Did you know you can use your MAKE UP BRUSHES as PAINTBRUSHES? I broke my make up brush today and instead of throwing it away I decided to use the top half of it for painting. The results? A STRAIGHT 👏🏼 UP 👏🏼 SLAY👏🏼. Try it! You’ll love it, very cost effective and a baddie move too. You’re welcome 💃🏻💁🏻‍♀️😆💖
