Before a story becomes a book, it’s a feeling, a moment, a memory. And sometimes, it’s all three. 🖤📚 by @zarriewrites

Hi everyone, I’m Zara Carter. I thought it was finally time to share a little more about the person behind the books, the stories, and all the bookish posts. I’m an author, a fantasy reader, a dog lover, a coffee lover, a nature girl, and someone who could happily sit and watch a sunset for hours. There is something about golden skies, warm evenings, quiet beaches, and being surrounded by nature that always makes me feel at home. 🌅 I love travelling and discovering new places, but I’m also a huge fan of slow days at home. Give me a good book, a cup of coffee, some peace and quiet, and I’m honestly quite content. I’m naturally an introvert, so writing has always been one of the ways I express all the thoughts, ideas, characters, and little worlds that seem to live in my head. Fantasy has always had a special place in my heart because I love being able to disappear into another world for a while. Outside of writing, I love reading, spending time with the people I love, being outdoors, dreaming up new stories, working on creative projects, and finding inspiration in the smallest things. Sometimes it’s a sunset. Sometimes it’s a conversation. Sometimes it’s a place I’ve visited. And sometimes it’s absolutely nothing at all until an idea suddenly appears while I’m trying to sleep. 😂 I wanted this post to be a little reminder that behind every author account and every bookstagram page is a real person with their own little collection of things they love. So now I want to meet some of you too. 🤍 If you’re an author, bookstagrammer, reader, blogger, or simply someone who loves getting lost in books, tell me a little about yourself in the comments. What do you write or read? What’s something you absolutely love? Are you a morning person or a night owl? Coffee or tea? And what is one little thing that always makes you happy? Introduce yourself properly. I’d love for us to get to know the people behind the accounts we see every day. 📚🤍 And if you see another author or book lover in the comments, go say hello. You never know when a simple introduction might turn into a lovely new friendship. #meettheauthor #authorintroduction #bookstagramfeature by @zarriewrites
