ABORTIONS FOR ALL (because I’m hungry)
Thank you @beardedgonzo666 for capturing my Fetus Muncher performance at @egodeathphx so beautifully 🖤 I loved every single photo 🥰

This was such a special performance for me and I’m really proud of how it came out. I love to make filth and horror political and this was a number that I felt did that somewhat covertly while mostly being a grossout freakfest lol by @zeenakarina

Hurry girlies, the comet is coming!!! Time to drop your human vessels!
Much love to @egodeathphx as always for letting me do freak shit on your stage 🛸☄️✨
And thank you @watonami for the pics! by @zeenakarina

One of my all time favorite performances I’ve ever done, from @theheathenry’s Rite of Spring party, which was also one of my favorite gigs ever 🖤✨
I love to infuse real magic into my drag, and this was definitely tapping into my inner crone energy and the idea of a scarier witch in the forest, embracing the darker elements of witchcraft while still using it as a means of personal empowerment and liberation.

Stunning photos by @david.w.media, thank you ✨ by @zeenakarina

🕯️A SHONDA IS NOW ON OTHERNESS ARCHIVE🕯️
I made an experimental ritual film with @chavadreypuss between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur last month. Without a spiritual home, we turned to video to build new traditions and reimagine old ones.
Thank you to @desertratcinema for premiering the project last month, I have so much gratitude to everyone who received and engaged thoughtfully with the work that night.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to @otherness_archive, not just for including my work in your archive, but for preserving and sharing radical film with the world and ensuring that our art is remembered.

THIS SUNDAY 7PM! The multi-part postmodern epic by visionary auteur @weardjupiter hits Tucson for the first time! Tickets available at ezrajwayland.com/screenings 🖤
Anthology i. Traps contains two chapters. In Chapter i. Incel Superman, a production assistant named Turner Stewart (Noah Baker) sees his world spiral out of control as he uncompromisingly attempts to shape his life into the one he feels he deserves. In Chapter ii. Traps Swan Princess, a trans sex worker named Michaela “Traps” Sinclair (Louise Weard) finds her relationships becoming increasingly strained as she decides to pursue motherhood.
Written and directed by Louise Weard, Castration Movie Anthology i. Traps features a cast headlined by Louise Weard (Computer Hearts), Vera Drew (The People’s Joker), Alice Maio Mackay (The Serpent’s Skin), Avalon Fast (Camp), John Paizs (Crime Wave), Lea Rose Sebastianis (In a Violent Nature), and Nate Wilson (The All Golden), amongst a mix of other emerging talent and weird and wonderful cameos.

This screening is 4 hours and 35 minutes long, with an intermission in the middle.
We recommend bringing a cushion or your own camping chair for comfort.

“As daring and revolutionary an indie film as any crafted this decade.” - William Bibbiani, The Wrap

“Castration Movie holds the shimmering promise of what cinema can be now, when multiplex fare has entered its moribund final act and fascism is tightening its grip on dissent, free expression, and the rights of the vulnerable. Great films about real things made on the margins are evermore essential, and this is a great film.” - Chris Sheilds, Screen Slate

“A landmark in trans cinema, from its blisteringly uncomfortable first act to its bottomlessly miserable last.” - Gretchen Felker-Martin (author, Manhunt)

“May very well upend our notions of how trans film imagery can look and feel… and taste.” - Willow Catelyn Maclay and Caden Gardner (authors, Corpses, Fools, and Monsters: The History and Future of Transness on Film)

“Watching Castration Movie got me so hyped for the future of film.” - Morgan M. Page (writer, Framing Agnes) by @zeenakarina
