A little story about how I discovered my ability to heal and how I became a mindfulness and energy coach and leadership development coach. #personaldevelopment #mindfulness #leadershipdevelopment #internationalprofessionals #coachinglife #energycoaching by @zen_by_beanatta

This is a brilliant explanation of why some people are acting as they do. When I read the newspaper, I’m often speechless and can’t understand how can some people be so cruel to other people. How can they be so focused on power and money that other living beings are sacrificed? How can any politician starts a war after all what their ancestors have been through? How can a certain man wish to have countries that he has no rights on and how can the same man totally ignore climate change and just say drill drill drill drill? (it’s a man with a very little vocabulary!) The answer is: BECAUSE THEY ARE IDIOTS, NO WISDOM AND NOT CiVILISED. THEY ONLY LIVE FROM THEIR BASIC INSTINCT. THEY DON’T THINK, DON’T LEARN AND HAVE NO CONSCIOUSNESS. by @zen_by_beanatta

✨ When the Way Forward Feels Impossible ✨

There are moments in life when it feels like there is no way out.
When the darkness seems overwhelming and every option appears closed.

Yet it is often in these very moments that opportunity quietly begins to form.
Not loudly. Not all at once.
But as a small light that appears right in the middle of what once felt impossible.

Darkness does not mean the end.
It often means you are standing at the edge of change.
When you allow yourself to pause, breathe, and stay open, that light has space to shine through.

Trust that even when you cannot see the path, it is still unfolding.
What feels impossible today may be the doorway to your next breakthrough. ✨

🌿 Nothing Happens by Accident 🌿

The challenges you face are not random, and the hardships you encounter are not meant to break you. Each experience arrives with a purpose, inviting you to grow stronger, wiser, and more self-aware.

You may not always understand why something is happening, but trust that you have everything within you to overcome it. Every obstacle carries a lesson, and every difficulty holds the potential to shape your resilience and trust.

There are no accidents on your path.
You are capable of rising through every challenge you face.
Trust and keep moving forward, and allow each experience to strengthen you. ✨

🔥 Put the Weight Down 🔥

Not every problem is yours to carry.
When you take responsibility for what doesn’t belong to you, it slowly turns into self-sacrifice.

Carrying other people’s struggles on your shoulders may feel generous, but over time it costs you your peace, your time, your energy, and even your resources. Helping does not mean absorbing. Supporting does not mean abandoning yourself.

Give responsibility back to where it belongs.
Respect your limits.
Protect your time, your energy, and your money.

Self-respect begins when you stop rescuing and start choosing yourself.
You are allowed to put the weight down. ✨

🌱 Growth Begins With Honesty 🌱

Understanding your limitations isn’t a weakness.
It’s the starting point of real growth.

When you become aware of where you are, you can begin moving forward with clarity and patience. Growth doesn’t happen by forcing yourself beyond your limits overnight. It happens when you gently challenge them, one step at a time.

Each small win builds self-confidence.
Each attempt strengthens belief in yourself.
And with every step forward, yesterday’s limits slowly become today’s strengths.

Growth is not about rushing or comparing.
It’s about learning, trusting yourself, and allowing confidence to grow naturally as you do. ✨

✨ A New Chapter Begins With Intention ✨

A new chapter doesn’t start with perfection or pressure.
It begins the moment you choose to move forward with awareness and purpose.

Intention is about deciding how you want to feel, who you want to become, and what truly matters to you.
When your actions are guided by intention, even small steps create meaningful change.

As this new chapter unfolds, pause often. Reflect honestly. Act mindfully.
You don’t need to rush the process; growth happens when your direction is clear.

Step into this chapter with patience, self-trust, and an open heart.
The journey ahead is shaped by the intentions you set today. 🌿✨

Worrying is a waste of time! You use energy on worrying. But worries don’t help you to move on. They block you. Instead make tiny steps forward in life that you don’t worry about. by @zen_by_beanatta

🌿 When You Learn to Listen Within 🌿

Intuition is the quiet wisdom that lives beneath the noise of daily life. It doesn’t shout or demand attention; it gently guides, nudges, and reminds you of what feels true. Many people search outside themselves for answers, yet the most honest guidance is already within.

A life coach’s role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you reconnect with that inner voice. Through reflection, awareness, and intentional questions, coaching creates space for intuition to be heard again. When you begin trusting it, your decisions come from alignment rather than fear, pressure, or expectation.

Listening to your intuition helps you recognize when something feels right, when a boundary is needed, or when it’s time to move forward; even if the path isn’t fully clear yet. With practice, intuition becomes stronger, clearer, and more dependable.

Growth happens when you stop doubting your soul and start honoring it. The more you listen, the more confident and grounded you become in the choices you make.

Your intuition already knows the way.
All you need to do is pause, listen, and trust. ✨

That’s why I love practicing Mindfulness. It let us become aware about our thoughts and our thoughts are creative! Unless we meditate in a Buddhist way, we will have several thoughts during a day. I will share with you what I do with them. If they are negative thoughts linked to my past like, “you are too much” “who do you think you are”, you aren’t like us” etc I say immediately shut up and let them go, because they aren’t my voice, these voice are from the past and deep inside me I know well who I am today. If it’s thoughts about future like “it will never go well”, “it’s too difficult”, etc I will first ask myself if I have any reason to believe this. If not I will remind myself that I do believe in myself and then I will think about all what I have succeeded, overcome and survived throughout my life. Then I will visualise how my future will look like and ask it to manifest. I hope this can help you with your thoughts. Never stay with your negative thoughts. Find out immediately if you need to act on them. Otherwise let them go. They can have a very negative impact on you. by @zen_by_beanatta
