MOVE: Yoga, Breath & Ecstatic Dance Experience

Saturday, September 5 | 3:00 PM
@kasayogastudios

Early Bird: $40 | Regular: $44

Move. Breathe. Feel. Release.

Join us for an immersive afternoon of movement, music, breath, and connection—a space to step out of your mind, reconnect with your body, and simply move freely.

Guided by @gisellewellness from Ecuador, the experience will weave together yoga, breathwork, conscious movement, and flow, gradually opening into an uplifting Ecstatic Dance journey.

As the energy builds, @cristihernzofficial will take us deeper with a live DJ set, creating a musical journey where you’re invited to let go of expectations, follow your own rhythm, and experience movement as a form of freedom, expression, and release.

Your experience includes:

✨ Yoga & conscious movement
✨ Guided breathwork
✨ Ecstatic dance & free movement
✨ Live DJ set by Cristhernz
✨ Community, connection & good energy

🌿 Optional On-Site Wellness Experience

We’re also excited to welcome @zen_mel_ & @melissadesouzawellness , A.P., L.Ac., who will be offering a separate Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine wellness experience during the event.

Guests will have the opportunity to explore Auricular Wellness / Ear Seeds and learn more about this traditional healing modality.

This is an optional add-on experience and is not included in event admission. Additional fees apply and can be paid directly onsite. Participation is completely optional.

No dance experience is necessary. There is nothing to perform and no choreography to follow. Come exactly as you are and allow your body to move in whatever way feels natural to you. Come ready to move, breathe, release, connect, and have fun.

A special thank you to @pilhiviolets_agency_djs for bringing us together and helping create the connection that made this collaboration possible. We’re so grateful for the beautiful people and energy coming together for this experience. 🤍.
