POSTS STORIES REELS

I keep forgetting to post this from #artfight. This was done for WormInYourBrain [artfight]. It’s one of their Dittosona with their OC Vilebloom.

I thought it would be cute to have Dittocious, the #dittosona, place a Vilebloom flower in her hair to help connect with them. A fun little detail about the ditto in #Pokopia is that there are often lil mistakes or ditto motifs (ditto Dragonite’s color palette slightly varies from actual Dragonite). I decided to implement that with the flower. 🌺 by @zephyr.artes

Another piece from #artfight for my bestie @zybynarx
One of her #dnd characters who has a fun astrological vibe to him. I also tinkered a little with his wardrobe a tad.

Happy (late) birthday to my love, my rock, and my biggest cheerleader! I wanted to highlight your favorites and give you something truly unique all while including some highlight gaming moments. I love you!

Art talk — Goodness! I have never taken on something so big and I’ve never used this many layers ever. I learned so much doing this since it took me out of my comfort zone in so many ways. (What are backgrounds?) I’m really happy with how it turned out and I’ve got more to practice. To give me a head start on the background, I took a screenshot by some lakes in Pokemon Scarlet and it helped speed the progress of this. by @zephyr.artes

#Pokopia has taken over my life. #Pawmo makes for a great roommate. Love this punchy dumpling so much!! ☺️ 🍒 🎨 by @zephyr.artes

I’ve been living and breathing #pokopia and when @parasol_lady_ansy posted an interaction between Jumpluff and Altaria, I just had to draw them together! (I’ve been a big Jumpluff fan since I made a flying type trainer OC last year.) Who’s your favorite flying type pokemon?

Also, check out @parasol_lady_ansy She has some great Pokemon artwork that you won’t wanna miss. 💙 by @zephyr.artes

Poliwag boom! Another submission for the #babyboomchallenge created by @faekmon

I thought it would be fun to incorporate Poliwrath and Politoed into one design. I have the king’s rock embedded with a water stone fragment. Mixed the colors of the two as well. Had to make them a water/fighting type too for the big punching hands. 👊🏻 🐸 🎶 by @zephyr.artes

Pawmi boom!! This is done for the #babyboomchallenge done by @faekmon

Pawmi is now electric and fighting type. Its sweet demeanor shifts into something much more aggressive. Pawmi’s sole focus is to become the best fighter around all while zipping around the battlefield as fast as lightning itself. Win or lose, Pawmi still wants to be friends at the end of the day. by @zephyr.artes

Otter drawing dump.
First one is Boreas, my lil dnd sorcerer guy. by @zephyr.artes

Been doodling every day this week. Here’s some Patty from Tales of Vesperia. ✌🏻😜 by @zephyr.artes

Day 2: Pokémon Silver
This was my first real Pokémon game and what locked me into the franchise. Chikorita/Meganium were so cool to me. I still remember when a newspaper advertised when the game was coming out. My mom saved me a copy and I redrew the Lugia and Chikorita that the paper printed. I was lucky enough to get a guidebook for the game and I studied it religiously! by @zephyr.artes

Day 1: Donkey Kong Country 2
I credit DKC2 to getting me into video games. I loved Diddy’s design from his fit to his cartwheels, the way he hangs from his tail and more. Dixie is also a favorite with her sassy bubble gum and helicopter spin.

What really got me into the game is the music though. The soundtracks in this game felt ethereal to me.

(I plan on doing simpler drawings moving forward. I had fun here, but it took way too long to finish.) by @zephyr.artes
